(I know its long but please read.) I was in the worse pain and ended my vacation and headed back to Dallas. I knew I needed an extraction so I called my dentist to be informed he was no longer there but a new dentist, Dr. Paul Hung had replaced him. For me, this was a dilemma and a major deciding factor. I had seen other dentist in the same one mile radius of Dr. Hungs office and several resulted in terrible experiences which left me afraid to sit in "the chair" again. In an attempt to relieve some of my anxiety and fears, I decided to make my dental appointment in person. I was greeted by the warmest receptionist Ive encounted in a long time. She attempted to answer all my concerns but now I discovered Dr Hung did not access HMO, only PPO. But thank God there was a special discounted offer where I could get X-rays, exam, consultation, extraction plus any anesthesia I might need for a great price. The fantastic news was I could be seen immediately. I can go on and on about my wonderful experience but let me say Im no longer afraid because I have the best dentist taking care of me. Not only does he have all of the latest equipment in his office; an xray machine that talks and plays music for you ( no more hard cardboard in the mouth) but more importantly, his professional, warm and caring manner is what truly won me over. After reviewing all my options, we came up with an action plan for future visits. Believe me, I will be changing my dental plan to a PPO, if possible or signup for the in-office plan he offers. Im looking absolutely forward to working with him and his great staff in the near future. If you have any issues, any small children take a chance like I did. You wont be disappointed. Read other good reviews... Its all true....

I came here because another Dentis that I was referred to set up my appointment as a consultation instead of an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed. After I clearly specified what I needed done, on the day of my appointment I call to see if I need anything before I head out to the office to get my teeth removed. It was then when I was informed that someone set it up for a consultation only. Worse part was that I had already seem my dentist I didnt need a consultation my dentist refered me to this office to just get them removed . At least they couldve informed me that they set me up for a consultation instead of telling me that it was to get them removed. Anyways I passed by Village Family Dental and saw their ad which said "same day appointments" I immediately called since I already had my time off from work to get this procedure done . The person I talked to was very friendly and advised me to go over to the office for a same day appointment since I expressed the need to have this done. The doctor Checked out my wisdom teeth and I was able to get all 4 of them out the very next day. After all Im glad things worked out this way because everyone was very professional and the procedure was very fast & not painful. Everything & everyone was great. Thank you so much !

Dr. Paul Hung and staff were very professional, honest, and quick with answers to my questions. We were not notified that there had been a change in our Dental office. They were very quick to get all 3 of my grandsons paperwork updated in their system and took time to treat each of them according to their medical issues. I thank Dr. Hung for being very thorough in his plans of treatment for each individual child! I cannot help but say that I had a horrific experience with a bad dentist and have a great fear of them to this day, but after seeing Dr. Hung care for my grandsons mouths yesterday, wished I could have him as my dentist because it has been 20 plus years since I have allowed a dentist to touch my mouth due to that bad experience! They stole my heart and I told them rest assured we were not going anywhere and that Dr. Hung better not go anywhere! I expect to see he and staff upon next scheduled appt. I am loyal and I look for loyalty in those I choose to do business with! I could only give them 5 stars but they deserve 10. I give them an AAA+ Rating! Keep up the good work Dr. Hung and you will soon have patients bursting out the seams of your office! I pray you have good success! YOU AND STAFF ARE AWESOME!!!!!!

Dr. Paul and his staff are awesome! I came in for a cleaning and ended up needing a few fillings (stupid midnight ice cream binges). They were quick and efficient- I was able to get everything done in under an hour. I usually cringe when I get my X-rays done because that cardboard plate is painful and super uncomfortable.The machine used here was super fast and totally painless- it even plays music to let you know its working. I loved that I got a text reminder for my appointment and it will definitely help me remember for my check up six months from now. Thanks Dr. Paul ! Thank for making my teeth clean and whiter.

I went into the office yesterday and all I can say is how kind and helpful the staff is and how pleased I was with Dr. Hungs service. Like others, I have had negative experiences with dentists more focused on money than treating a patient in dire need/pain. Dr. Hung was warm, knowledgeable and...HONEST. He offered a treatment plan that was best for me and left me with hope. I felt very comfortable in the office not only with Dr. Hung , but the staff. They were honest, sweet and did not sneak in unnecessary fees or "services." Thank you guys SO much. Bravo Village Family!!!!!

My family and I are all patients here! Its really the best of the best! The wonderful staff are caring and friendly. The dentists are honest about what needs to be done and does not try to up sell. When my children were small, I tried switching to a dentist closer to home to save time, but had 2 terrible experiences, so I decided years ago that it is worth the time and effort to make the trip to Duncanville. My wife finally switched a few years ago and she is equally happy and impressed with the experience and dental care she receives. All around Excellent Dental Office!

Just went to village family dental for my 6 month check up. I had not been to the new office since Dr. Hung had taken over. Him and his staff are absolutely fantastic. The receptionists were sweet and accommodating. Dr. Hung was thorough and gentle, explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. His hygienists who did my cleaning, Jamal and Nicki, were so sweet and very professional. Overall, I am very happy with the change in ownhership at this office. The staff was truly great, and they will have my business for all my dental needs.

Dr. Pirian is very genuine, kind and displays true passion in helping his patients get the very best treatment needed in the most gentle and most satisfying service. His office has such a delicate and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Dr. Pirian to be your long term family dentist! You wont regret coming here! I dont think Ive ever met another person that smiles as much as Dr. Pirian :) Him and his amazing staff are truly unique in how they cater to their patients.
