Love Dr. Puthenveetil, hes the best doctor Ive seen before, however his staff is some of the worst. Starting with the front desk all the way and especially to his Physician assistant, Joyce Woods. Shes incompetent and unhelpful. Dr. p started me off on a SSRI medication and I needed a refill. Called on emergency, only Joyce was available and she denied my refill, simply because she sucks. Maybe go see Dr. P at another location, as long as its different staff. Sadly, I will not return here ever again, I will not support incompetent people.

Ive been going to Dr. Puthenveetil for over 10 year and he is by far one of the best doctors Ive ever had. His bed side manner is phenomenal and he really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Joyce is his physicians assistant, whom I have seen for many years! They care about their patients! Definitely recommend! Dr. Peter does a great job also.
