Dont go here. Theyre all about the money. Went in for my FREE Yearly Check-Up which Im entitled to under my insurance. I then get probed with probably 30 questions which I thought mightve been normal but odd. They were fishing for something wrong with me. When they finally got to an issue (theyd find an issue with ANYONE with their line of questioning) I elaborated on it because it makes no sense for me to lie about my health to the Doctor. 3 weeks later I receive a $200 bill for my "Free yearly check up" and was told by their staff that it was MY duty to tell the Doctor I was only there for a yearly check up - EVEN THOUGH I booked my appointment as such. It is not my fault they cannot communicate what the clients are there for internally. Further, they did NOT bill my visit as my Free yearly visit - they billed my visit as a Diagnostic visit which is why I received a bill. The insurance company told me all I had to do was call the Doctor and have them change it. The Doctors office played the "Its the insurance companys policy" card which is just not true. Id rather throw another $200 down the drain rather than go back to this office (though the Doctor was very kind). If I knew I was going to be taken for a ride I wouldve never gone here. I wouldve had no problem paying $200 for a visit - but the manner in which it was done felt dirty, conniving and extremely non-transparent. This is the worst customer service Ive EVER had at a Doctors office.

NorthPark Medical Group is simply amazing! Their staff is professional and courteous everytime. I never have to wait long. Dr. Martino diagnosed my shoulder sprain and prescribed Physical Therapy. The therapists there are very knowledgeable, got my PT going during the same initial visit, and my shoulder started feeling better after only three sessions! I completed my therapy at their convenient location, and my shoulder is back to normal. They even gave me a list of exercises to do at home if my shoulder should flare up. This was a very positive experience, I would strongly recommend the professionals at NorthPark Medical Group!

Always eh I had very good experience with me Dra.Beatriz Huerta Rivera, x many years and to not change date this clinics, have very convenient times and with my appointments I never eh had any problems, and whenever eh had any other problems immediately I refer to another Dr.o the hospital, or any test what I have to do On the other hand I am very happy x what they are serviced therapies in the same clinic, eh miss therapies right there and Im glad x what me an helped a lot, me an arranged one shoulder and now Im finishing my therapy, my second hombro.yo I recommend to Drs.y therapies in ún

If you want to find a great doctor or excellent physical therapist you found the place. Dr. Martino and his stuff are among the best.
