Ive tried this place several times and the doctors seem low quality. Needed a few stitches but they said it was too difficult so a Silver Cross PA did a great job. Went back to Loyola to take them out and they didnt want to. Avoid this unprofessional place.

I have had procedures here and had a good experience each time. Great alternative to other immediate care facilities in area. If youre sick and bed to be seen, try it out. Not for life treating events.

Staff ok inadequate facilities no more than a "doc in the box" will send you elsewhere for needed services and tests
