This is the worst urgent care facility Ive ever had to endure. I had a deep,almost complete, laceration of my left middle finger...not only did they not give me stitches, or send me home with antibiotics and pain meds.. they didnt wear gloves as they worked on me. At my re-check in 2 days after the injury they AGAIN didnt wear gloves and the P.A. wasnt going to remove the bandaging to check the injury. I mentioned that it smelled infected so then she came with a pointed end scissors and scraped that along my finger so as to get underneath the steri-strips to cut them... looked and said that it was indeed infected. So then they sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds. When I complained to the company I work for about who they have contracted with for emergency care of their employees, they decided to call and address the issues I had with them. All they got back on the phone call were excuses for their terrible service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!

Very rude service some of the ladies and medical assistance help out a lot. One girl in front was giving me and my doctors the run around they had fax paperwork over so I could pass my physical and get my TB skin test completed .On the day of the reading of my TB skin test she tells me my paperwork isnt in there . I asked another person and all the information was in the file . I will never go to this location again. I wouldnt recommend any one to go here if you do make sure that they can completely finish everything in a timely matter and you will have the information the employer needs in a timely matter . Overall not good service even the doctor act like he didnt know what he needed to do so confused. Now because of all this and then not being able to look at fax correctly I couldnt get this good paying job with benefits. The craziest thing I have been here at this location before and never had so many issue or problems .

The initial visit was great with the PA and then visit with PT was great. Two different diagnosis. Second visit was with a MD/doc! This was terrible he did not address my pain or current condition addressing what was still going on, lack of sleep (in five days I had slept about 3 hrs a night) and then the assistant said I was given the ibuprofen script. I am in the process of reporting this to the state! Disgusting experience!! I would never recommend this place. This doctor dismissed my need for care!!!! SMH!!

I would not encourage anyone to choose this location. Staff are unprofessional, wait times are very long with poor excuses. Very bad time management at this location. I waited more than an hour and when I asked if I could get information for a different location they quickly made it seem as if I was about to be seen by MD for my physical... well needless to say they only took my vitals and stuck me in another room to make me wait. Definitely will be filing a complaint with the company.

Go somewhere else! We called ahead and they told us 20 minute wait time, then we got there and they said I should be in and out in an hour to an hour and a half. After waiting for 80 minutes, I was finally put in a room where I am still waiting after another 45 minutes. Im going to be late to something and really wished I had gone elsewhere. They continously lie about the time it will take as well. Also much more expensive than I expected after they lied about the cost as well.

The experience, although it was a medical checkup, was a delightful experience. I attribute this to the staff. Upon entering, I was taken care of immediately. The staff seemed supportive of eachother and had great collaboration and consideration for eachother, from what I could observe. Each staff member treated myself and those around me with genuine care. Thank you, Concentra, for a painless and positive experience.

I dont understand the bad reviews. This place must have recently reorganized. I went there yesterday for my first time for my pre-employment physical, including blood draw and rug test and loved it as much as one can love similar visits. All the staff was very nice and professional, even to the "slow" clients and I didnt have to wait much at any point.

Terrible. I went here because I was unable to get in with my regular physician. I was treated poorly and the doctor did absolutely NOTHING for me except send me on my way home with a big dent in my wallet. Id say skip this place and go somewhere else if you want some actual CARE.

Terrible. Waited 30 minutes to find out I needed to pay a little over $100 just to be seen. Ill drive 30 minutes to see my regular phyiscian and wait only 5 minutes to get better service than any Concentra could ever provide.

Not fair, but POOR. Front desk staff is rude, and they told me that a 99 temperature was normal?!?!?! I feel really bad and the doc says he couldnt find anything? What kind of professional is that? DONT GO THERE.

Forced to go here for a pre-employment drug screen, spent almost 2 hours here just waiting to pee in a cup and have a doctor spend 2 minutes to say I am healthy. Worst pre-employment exam I have ever had.

I went here for a pre-employment physical, and was seen by Dr. Drury and several nurses. They handled it very well, with expediency and professionalism.
