Im having a hard time coping with what they did to me here. Last year I had what is called a false pregnancy, I had all the symptom and the placenta but there was no baby. This was not their fault, but I was devastated. The clinic had great service everyone was so nice. Up until this month I went back a week ago Tuesday, they did a pregnancy test, got a call from one of the nurses on Friday to tell me my pregnancy test was positive, I didnt ask for this information she just told me, I was mostly concerned if the doc had sent my medication to the pharmacy. So Im at home take 3 pregnancy test and they all are negative so I believed my were faulty and believed her word because this is a clinic they must have the most accurate... 2 days later i received an email from Erie with my urine and lab results were there it showed me that their pregnancy test was negative. Why would you guys play with my emotions like that, after what happened to me last year. Im so disappointed because I truly believed I was pregnant... very unprofessional from that nurse I never got a call from her to apologize.

Honestly, I am beyond grateful to had found this health care facility. Some people complain about the wait but I seriously have not waited more than 8 minutes the most! Everyone is extremely friendly, to the front desk to the nurses and etc! When my doctor isnt available in a certain day they will provide you with another Doctor who makes you feel as comfortable as ur other doctor makes you feel. My health feels so important here because instead of you dealing with appointments and calling them, THEY call YOU to keep up with ur visits and ask how have you been feeling. Seriously thats above and beyond caring. Thats love lol. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

Been attending & has been my primary clinic, with my primary Dr for over 12 years. The Dr, & nurse (Martiza,hopefully spelling her name correct), are the best & most knowledgeable medical professionals Ive ever met. Actually I was ill for sometime & had been to other Drs & specicialist ,& no one could figure what was the issue. My Dr,& the nurse had figured out the issues. Which were serious med issues, & still attend. I thank them with my life .

I have had the worst experience here. Seriously one of the girls at the front desk gave the nastiest attitude. Seriously that ruined my whole day. Now 2nd time around I bring my baby for a check up they honestly did not check her they just told me she looked fine . 3rd time around I had my appointment at 11:00 got there at 10:40 did not attend me till like 11: 40. This is not acceptable.

they tell you to be here at 2 when appointment is at 245 and take you in at 320. when you need to get a damn shot, nurse is not here, 10 mins of waiting still and still not here.
