I began bringing my daughter to see a therapist ( I will add her name when I can remember it, started with an L) she wasnt very warm at all, but i figure she knows what she is doing. I cancelled an appt because my household was sick with fevers. I rescheduled and ended up missing the appointment. I felt awful. I caked and left a message apologizing and asking to reschedule. A week passed, nothing. I call again and explain what happened again. The receptionist days she will email her right away and let her know she hasnt called me back. Another week passes and nothing. So, I call a third time and request a new therapist. I am told that the director or whatever will give me a call to set up a new appointment. It had been weeks. Im over this filthy unprofessional place. My daughter is struggling with her anger issues. I wouldnt have even started therapy if Id had known they would be so uncaring about her well being. She is ten years old. I would give negative points if I could.

Dont waste your time with Centerstone. They drag their butts on everything including releasing records to SSI Disability. I have contacted them numerous times to get them to release my records to Disability and they promised to have them sent in a week or two. Needless to say, two months later and still no records sent. By law, they must submit those records within 30 days of initial request from SSI and yet they still refuse to be in any hurry to comply. Furthermore, Centerstone will "bounce" you from Dr. to Dr. and Therapist to Therapist, ultimately causing further distress in any mental condition, by making you repeat your conditions over and over again. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and surely not to anyone I care about.

My Dr. left the practice. They said someone will call me when they got a new dr. on their staff. They ended up referring me to the Springfield practice. It took them 5 months to call me. I missed the call due to a family emergency in VA. when I called them back they had dropped me as a patient because I didnt call back right away....but, it was OK for them to call 5 months after my last visit to call me with an appointment. Are they supposed to make the life of a person with bipolar depression better or worse? Find someone that cares and listens.

My call was instantly routed to an (888)*****57 number. The receptionist sounded like she was in a Valium haze when she asked for my SSN. She insisted on getting the whole number before she would confirm they werent taking new clients. It was unsettling to say the least.

They are unprofessional they will call an hour before your appointment and reschedule you..when youve been rescheduled already. The staff who answers the phones are not polite they will hang up the phone in your face..do not go there...they do not care about you...

My therapist Nancy is amazing. I havent had a bad experience yet. So I am fully satisfied.
