long appointment set up dates and very few time slots for a facility that is very much vacant when I do visit. the staff gave me issues at each of the 3 visits I made. They would tell me i couldnt be seen there since i did not reside in the Evanston area, when i have been a patient of Erie since 2007. The doctor even did not understand this and took it upon herself to contact the site director. Why would I take my children here, but be expected to myself go elsewhere? Last appointment i tried to schedule was told to visit an urgent care facility on my own. why would i have a primary care provider just to be told to wait until tomorrow to TRY to schedule an appointment possibly in two weeks for an issue I have now? Erie has gone down hill with its overcrowding and lackluster patient service. coming from the staff at teen center, this facility and all other Erie centers that i have visited in order to choose a new clinic are a downgrade.

The doctors are very kind, helpful and friendly, however; wait times for appointments are rediculous. I arrived 15 minutes prior to every appointment and on more than one occasion waited over an hour to go from the lobby to a room. Staff lack professionalism. If you can get past the wait and the staff at the front, youll encounter a great nursing and doctor staff. It can also be a great challenge to set an appointment. The phone system can be challenging to navigate.

Called to get help for someone crying in pain. They promised a nurse will call back asap. Two and a half hours later, still no call. Will switch to a different provider.
