ABSOLUTE WORST! My 6yr old was sick with a cold &possible ear infection. When I called the day before to make an appointment the receptionist told me to come for the walk ins on Wednesday morning at 7:30 because theres no appointments available until March. With my sick child in tow, we were 6th in line at 7:30 a.m. By 10:30 a.m. we still had not been called. I asked the employee at the check in desk how much longer she thought it would be, her response was anywhere between three and four more hours because theres only one doctor. They had only called the first two patients back & they were still waiting to be seen by the dr. In the meantime at least 3 other patients-2 with appointments, &1 that was a walk in AFTER the 8 of us that were there at 730am.- were being called back. After that response I asked her for my childrens medical records and told her to take me off the list. I would take my daughter, who was crying because ofv the pain in her ear, somewhere else -but she refused to give me their records. I proceeded to call my insurance company, and get a new PCP and have my daughter seen in less than 30 minutes at a completely different Dr office. Absolutely unacceptable.

They dont know what they are doing there. The receptionist was on her phone the whole time I was there and I told her I wanted a morning appointment which was 1015 but instead she gave me a 1:15. Then the Dr put me on 2 blood pressure medications but never called them in to the pharmacy. Of course it was a holiday weekend so I had to wait til Tuesday to call. So I called 9am Tuesday morning then again at 1 still nothing called in. The receptionist told me they have 48 hrs to respond to their messages. Here I am now without my medication for almost a week. Unreal

Horrible place they dont care about their patients my wife was always waiting weeks at a time trying to get her papers for maternity leave signed and faxed. Then they rush you while your at your appointment. I mean I know there are other patients but take good care of the ones you have or your wont have any at all. Horrible place!!!! We are going to Condell.
