Infected gum, although requested, no antibiotics given. Extremely expensive deep teeth cleaning suggested, and missing partial plate problem not solved. :( Missing a front tooth is no laughing matter. No pun intended. I feel I have to also say that, although the staff was nice, there was more concern about making money and drilling more on my teeth. I had recently had six fillings filled, but interestingly enough they insisted on doing this before even fitting me for a partial when I have no insurance . I was actually never offered a partial for the one missing tooth, but was told I need dentures, which are quite more expensiv.e. When I called for the appointment ,I was told over the phone that they did partials. At this point in time, I dont even feel comfortable smiling. I was told it would cost almost $5000 to correct my problems. I left there $48 poorer, and very upset. Maybe DeKamore dentists should try listening a little more to their patients.

Definitely DO NOT recommend this dentist office. Dentist I saw was rude as ever. Had to have Dental Fields replace many fillings I originally had done at Dekamore. He didnt numb me enough and lied and said I was working myself up and it made numbing meds wear off. When I took my daughter for her first dentist visit, they charged my insurance for xrays for her. Which they never even did! I didnt know they charged us for it until I brought her in for another checkup 6 months later at dental fields. Where they asked if she had xrays done before cause she was a little young. So I told them no. And they said well they charged you for it at Dekamore. Ill forever remain a patient at Dental Fields! The dentists there are INCREDIBLY gentle with my children and my 3 year old actually looks forward to going there!

My dentist was horrid, I was in excruciating pain from four wisdom teeth removal . I came in because of the pain. He told me he was going to rinse the area and it wouldnt hurt. He lied!!! He didnt numb my open area , and scraped it with a needle. I screamed and told me to " calm down, Im almost done". I was trembling . Rushed to get his job done without pt care. I do not recommend this place at all. They also double book so your waiting 45mins.

Every time either I or my children had an appointment we had to wait at least an hour to an hour and a half past our appoint time. The doctor one of my sons saw expected him to know what to do as if he was an adult. My son at the time was only about four or five at the time. Not to say that every doctor at this location is this way.

This place is terrible. The staff is unprofessional and have conversations that are not workplace appropriate at the front desk when people are waiting to check. My daughters appointments were at 2:30 and we still have not been called back.... its 3:10. And yes I am writing this in the lobby. Avoid this place at all costs!

One of the dentists I had did a wonderful job on my fillings, another was very rough, didnt administer enough anesthetic, and Im actually a bit worried about the tooth they were working on, as its still in pain after a few weeks. Be careful of this place if you have any other choices.

We had a great exspiriance today. My 7yo needed a tooth pulled. Staff was friendly and patient since hes never had major work done. They made him laugh and was fast when it hurt. I will deffenitly be going back. Also, not a long wait time in lobby at all. Maybe 15 mins tops.

Idk why so many bad reviews, this place is wonderful. Lovely staff, easy to get through as part of your day. Cavities are filled quickly and nicely in my personal experience. Not much pain, no pressure from staff, easy and simple. Staff is very friendly also.

Im having to get multiple fillings I received here replaced due to the poor work done by the doctors and staff. Less than 8 months since Ive had two AMALGRAM fillings done by this dentistry and both have chipped and fallen out. Absolutely terrible place.

I had my first appointment today and it went very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The assistant was very nice and truly made me feel comfortable. The dentist made me feel good took her time explaining everything.

The front desk lady had a super attitude once I asked how long the wait and still gave me an inaccurate wait time I also have gotten a cavity filled and it came out twice within a six month period. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I absolutely love this dentist. He was extremely nice and funny. When my novacaine started to wear off he gave me more. And Ive never waited more than 5-10 minutes for him. Im going to get top dentures put in.
