I have had to take my son up there three times. twice for dental work and the third because after his dental work when we came home he cried for four days with tooth pain so when I called they made him another appointment to come back in and when we went dr. Moore had not done a good job with his filling causing it to break and and put my son thru hecj hurting really bad and dr. Graham didnt do anything but break it off even more causing him to hurt all weekend and then me having to go get him from school in pain with his teeth. when I called back and spoke to Avery the manager all they wanted him to do was come back in again and I told them no that it was a waste of time and that since they didnt care about my child I would find someone else to go to. so I advise against taking your kids here!!!!

This place had my email and phone number, but never used either one to contact me for 3 years to let me know that I had a balance with them after my insurance was billed. Its also very coincidental that I never got their notice despite getting all my mail forwarded to my new address. Then 3 years later, about 1 week before the legal cutoff, they send my account to a collection agency, who didnt have a problem giving me a phone call to let me know...FYI, Kool Smiles, if you would have contacted me, I would have paid it! Thanks for messing up my credit report. Be careful doing business with them, and follow up a million times in order to not have this happen to you too.

Highly recommend this location to all of you, dentist, staff, office personnal, are EXCELLENT they were beyond my expectations, they are so friendly, patience with children, they can talk, play and work in them really good, all questions always have a great answer, clean chairs, polite people, service and care, they are sweet, ever moment, if you are looking for a place to take your kids, go here, you will find more than you are looking for. my kids are no longer afraid to go to dentist appoinment, no more fear, just joy and peace, let your children have the same experience

I LOVE KOOL SMILES!!!!! I cant say enough positive things. 1st: They make the child comfortable. 2nd:There is enough staff to accomodate 3rd: They take the time to show and explain any and every issue pertaining to your kids 4th: I am thinking about going to Kool Smiles now that they accept adults. 5th:Everyone is so very nice and they will work with you to get the appts that you need...speaking about appts, I LOVE the fact that I can make a Saturday appt for my daughter. Thus no missing school or me missing work...YEAH!!!!

Dr. Moore and Tonya were absolutely FANTABULOUS!! My 7 year old went in for a checkup and cleaning. Little did we know that one of her baby molar teeth had an inside cavity that was just about to abscess. Dr. Moore explained all that he was going to do with the tooth to have it come out. Tonya was just as perfect with asking if my daughter wanted bubble gum or other flavor gas. No pain was involved during or after. For having to have a tooth "helped out of the mouth" this procedure was painless!!!

I had several teeth (18) pulled on the 28th. I was so nervous. I have to say I was very much pleasantly surprised by Dr. Maharrey and Taucia Evans. They were so nice and I felt very little pain during the extractions at all. They were very personable and worked with me. I was very frightened and they put me at ease and even joked with my husband, who was there for moral support. I would recommend them to any and who need dental treatment.

Hello I am the parent of Rihanna Hughes-Rainey. My daughter and I love Kool Smiles and their staff. You all are very professional at doing your job and you all go beyond the call of duty making sure each patient has a very excited experience. The dental assistants are nice. The dentist was not really talking to us, just kinda looked at us for 5 minutes and left. Then the checkout receptionist was on the phone the b whole time, didnt talk to me. Then just handed me an appointment card without even asking if the day or time was ok. It was my sons first time there and they did nothing to help me know what to do. I only give 3 stars cause of the playground in the lobby.

I am so pleased with my experience at Kool Smiles. My daughter fell and chipped her tooth the day before and I called to make an appointment. They scheduled her the next day, looked at her mouth and fixed her tooth in an hour. Thank you Dr. O and to the lovely assistant whose name I cant remember. You are truly a jewel. You cant tell her chipped tooth from the other. I hope I can post the before and after to the website

I love this place! This is the only place that I have my kids come to! The service is the best! They are so nice and friendly and they keep you informed on what is going on! Im constantly rescheduling my kids appointments because of work but they always fit them in! Its clean and they have an awesome place for the kids to play to occupy their time while they are waiting to be seen!! Thank you guys!!!

I would like say that I havent had a better experience in my lifetime when going to the dentist. Dr. Buckneer, Dr. Maharrey, and Tonya were very professional and caring when I went to have my extraction done. I would like to thank everyone for being so nice. I will recommend anyone who needs good dental work done, where the atmosphere is calming and relaxed, go to Kool Smiles in Tupelo, MS.

Ill give this visit a five star rating. My daughter had to be seen on an emergency walk-in because of her wisdom teeth. They were very courteous and did all they could to help get us seen in a timely manner, considering it was an emergency. The dentist was genuinely concerned about her well-being and dental hygiene, and he made a referral to the appropriate oral surgeons. Thanks!

They are so slow. Sat there for well over an hour and only 2 children had been called. Whenever the nurse finally did come out to call other children she sat and talked to the ladies at the desk for 10 minutes before calling her paitent. It always takes an hour or longer just to get a cleaning done. No matter if theres 2 cars in the parking lot or 20!

It was terrible my daughter had to go to get caps put on her teeth they ended up pulling 2 of her teeth then they told me chips covered then I got a letter in the mail that said it want covered because they didnt send any paper work saying she was getting any work done terrible she also had infection in her gums they didnt give her any antibiotics
