Dr. Hay has been my dentist for over 20 years and has been consistently "Dr. Do it Right". Hes a perfectionist, a quality I admire where my dental care is concerned! I have many, many crowns and an implant which all look great. Ive even had another dentist want to look at the color of my front crowns. I think Dr. Hay has taken great care of my dental needs and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a meticulous, caring person doing his best for their dental needs. It pleases me that Dr. Hay and his staff listen carefully and go out of their way to be accomodating. If I call the office with a question for him, he will later personally answer it. I feel pampered in the office, reclining in the exam chair while listening to music, receiving gas if warranted, keeping warm under a blanket if Im cool, all the while getting my hands moisturized with a wax treatment. Too, its nice to know that the folks you are dealing with are "just good people". If I have something done which could produce pain or sensitivity later, he will call me at home to be sure Im doing OK. And, Dr. Hay is not only a dentist but family man, father of two adopted children, Sunday School teacher for seven year olds, an avid outdoorsman and hunter. His staff, similarly, are real warm hearted people I look forward to seeing during my appointments. I would recommend the Hay dental practice to anyone. When I go home from the upscale "fancy" office, I am given a little shopping bag with my next appointment card, a new toothbrush and container of floss AND warm cookies! What more could you want? I had my first visit today. I was greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist. I was seen right away. The service I received was absolutely 5 stars. I received detailed information step by step. I was put at ease immediately after speaking with Dr. Hay. He is a type of person that makes you feel youve known each other for years. I am happy to recommend him and his staff to anyone needing any type of dental work. Looking forward to my future visits. I dont ever recall saying that about a dentist visit before. My children do not fear going to the dentist with Dr. Hay. As a matter of fact, they look forward to it. Each visit is like a spa visit. We receive wonderful service by Dr. Hay and every staff member.
