They perform unnecessary work and dont care if they create pain as a result, IMHO. At least that was my experience. They are crown happy. They gave me two crowns and replaced an old filling giving me a terrible infection and massive pain as a result. I had no pain at all before seeing them, but Ive had incredible pain ever since. I went back to have the pain looked at and they took x-rays. They tried to tell me the pain I was experiencing was from a cracked tooth in the front of my mouth even though all the work they had done was on my molars in back. She had to zoom in on the x-ray to try and find something she could claim was a crack. Otherwise, I was told all the work THEY had done was fine. All in the name of "preventive" work. IMHO, they performed unnecessary work just for a few bucks. As a result Im in pain and in search of a new dentist. FWIW, Castor performed the work. YMMV

The best dentist Ive ever been to! Recently moved out here and havent been at the dentist for a while. Found Dr. Castor through my insurance, made an appointment which I had no problems doing. When the day came, I was greeted by Carter (which was super friendly and informative). Then I met Dr. Castor, she was GREAT! Made me feel comfortable, was completely honest and helped me set up an appointment for the hygienist. When I came back for the teeth cleaning, was greeted friendly again. My dentist popped by just to say hi to me. Then I met Anne the hygienist, she was also great! Anne made me feel comfortable (due to my phobia to needles) and she was just super friendly. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. I will also not be going to any other dentist any time soon (or ever).

Again!!! (third time), Century Dental totally came through for me! I had a front tooth break badly Sunday night and was in a panic. I refused to talk without my hand over my mouth. I called Century Dental first thing Monday morning to make an appointment. The had one available with Dr. Huffman, who is the dentist I usually see, and who is familiar with my case. He did an outstanding job of easing my anxiety and making the experience pain free. He just has a "way" of assuring me that it will be OK. Before I knew it we were done. In a half hour he made it possible for me to smile again! Also, as usual, Carter at the front desk was able to answer appointment and insurance questions. He is so nice. I would definitely recommend Century Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

I absolutely love Century Dental! Everyone there is very friendly and professional and the office is clean and organized. Although the best thing about Century Dental is that they will accommodate my needs as a working mom of three. They allow us to book the entire family at once and we are split up between the Karen & Karen team in the back and they are fabulous about making my kids comfortable and getting us in and out of there while still doing an amazing job. I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Karen & Karen, Dr. Castor, and the entire team.

I used to drive an hour to go to the dentist, but after 2 appointments that they scheduled incorrectly (after I had already driven there) I decided that I needed something closer to home. I was referred to Century Dental in Huntley, and I was so glad that I was! The hygenists are fabulous, and all of the dentists are great! I have never had a bad experience, the staff are always polite and ready to help.

I tried to move an appointment because my car wouldnt start during the cold weather and Suzie explained that cancelling the appointment on the same day would result in me being charged $35 per missed appointment from here on out. That is absurd! Ive never heard of that especially when I had no way to get myself there. I will choose another place to fill my familys dental needs.

Very good care for the entire family! The hygienists are friendly, do a great job and are supportive in dental care. The dentists have always been alert to overall good health and care, as well as working to help fix issues and provide comfort. All of our family members with a wide range of ages have been happy! Very supportive in billing insurance too!

Century Dental is a very professional dental office and your care seems to be very important to them. I especially would like to mention Carter who works in the front reception area. He is always polite and helpful either in person or on the phone. All and all I am very happy with the services I receive at Century Dental.

Hadnt been to a dentist in over 7 years due to lack of insurance, and my teeth reflected that fact. Needed a deep clean, and the team here was professional, thorough, and friendly throughout both my visits. Surprisingly flexible with scheduling around the holidays to boot. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. They love to put Crowns in when it is not necessary. I suggest getting a second opinion before services with them. Also, they told me it was a free consult but ended up costing my Senior Citizen Mother $100. I will never visit this office again.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I called with a problem tooth, I got an appointment the next day. They have a sign in the waiting room that says "if your wait time is more then 10 minutes, please notify the front desk". That is awesome!

Thourogh yet fast, and no pain!!! Havent experienced all the dentists in the practice, but Id wait for an appointment with Dr Castor....very skilled at what she does.
