Went in with my 5 year old who has PTSD from abuse from birth family. Doctor entered room didnt even introduce himself just started doing things, didnt explain what they were doing to my son. He started getting scared I reassured him things were fine. Doctor started inspecting teeth son started to cry assistant with Doctor tried to restrain my sons arms. I said dont do that he has PTSD from being abused and restraining him severely upsets him. Couple minutes later doctor starts saying he cant help with his case. I tried explaining some of his back story to help him understand his special needs. He didnt care was very aloof with me referred me to dentist in Henderson, ky. I tried asking what needed to be done he didnt want to answer me finally got out of him he needs some fillings. I have never been treated so poorly by medical provider before, no care or concern from Dentist or staff. I would not go back there even if they could do his work just by how we were treated today!

Great experience last year. Did get to go back with my daughters for their first time. And i did not have to worry about the denist or nurses trying to strap my kids down. They made my children feel at ease and safe. Will be returning this year!

He is awesome! You get to go back to the room with your kids and they make it very comfortable for 1st timers and kids who are scared of the dentist! I highly recommend him! Awesome staff and no long wait times!

Dr Colgan and his staff are super nice.My 3 yr old was scared and dr Colgan and staff made him feel better about being there even let me go back with him and he sat on my lap the whole time.Great dentist !

Excellent experience both visits with my 10 and 12 year olds. Appointments were on time, work was clearly explained to me. Wish he had been here years ago!
