Warch out for Dr Chow. While he was aware that everything was paid for ahead of time for some work on the right side of my sons mouth, he switched things around to do work on the left side because there was more work to be done there. Chow did not ask for approval or authorization to do the extra work, just did it anyway. Mind you, Dr Chow isnt even the dentist that my kids are supposed to see. They should see Allison, but got stuck with this money hungry prick. If you want surprise expenses and a office staff that comes off with a huge attitude and then proceeds to lie to the ex wife about the situation then this place is for you. Dr Chow wont come within an inch of my kids mouths again.

Clarified 3 times that my insurance would cover my biannual checkup before receiving treatment; only to have a $275 bill sent 3 months later. They were apparently out of network.... their error in processing me, their employee that no longer worked with them because of many errors similar to this one... my obligation to pay... wouldnt try to make it right by meeting me in the middle in any way. Was threatened with collections if I failed to pay. A practice is only as good as the people they hire and they make poor decisions apparently. Lesson learned...

I have never been to this dentist office, but if I could give it a 10 star I would in heartbeat. My car broke down and I left it here in the parking lot overnight and left a note stating my name and contact info just in case they needed to contact me to move it. A week after my car broke down I received a card and a $50.00 gift-card just as an act of kindness from Dr. Beehner & Gentle Dentistry! Truly, an act of kindness to a complete stranger, and I truly do appreciate it.

Gentle on your teeth, not on your bank account. Most expensive dentist I have ever been to. Paid almost $1000 for a cap and 2 cavities and that is after our dental insurance paid for half of it. They also billed us for $140 6 months after because they found a computer error. There are many other dentists in the area choose one of them or else you may have to take out a 2nd mortgage on your home.

I met with Dr. Chow and his attention to detail while providing clear descriptions of his findings were wonderful. I had restoration recommended and felt very comfortable getting the work done based on the explanations given. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful, including my cleaning. I will happily return!

The staff and dentists of Gentle Family Dentistry are second to none... they are professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They excel in their "chair side" manner. I cant recommend them more highly. My wife and I as well as our seven children are all patients there even though we have to drive from out of town.

Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly! Kristina was my hygienist and she was amazing! Im the type of person who typically fears the dentist, and I typically have intense anxiety while Im in the chair. This visit was unlike any other experience I have ever had! Gentle Family Dentistry uses the latest techniques and technologies. As an example during my last visit the hygienist used a pressure washer tool that employs water / air / baking soda to clean my teeth. It was awesome!
