I have taken my daughter to see so many dentists while we were in Maryland. Finally in this office dr. fixed my daughters teeth. The nurse name Cindy is great, patient and very understanding. Dr. buddy brice takes great care of us. Update on todays appt. November 17,2015 One of my daughters crown fell off last Thursday night, so I called Friday morning to make an appt. On the phone, I asked the lady what we will expect from todays appt. She said Dr. Jason will have to take a look and then we will discuss it. Probably just cement the crown back on. So we went in on our todays appt. @ 8:30. We got called in by a nurse, I didnt see her name. She asked us what happened and took a look at my daughters tooth where the crown fell off. When we got inside, she went somewhere and told us to wait, then she came back and told us that we have to schedule another day for an appt. with laughing gas, sleepy drink and dental papoose. I was SHOCKED. My daughter had already gone through all these in ocean spring office, fighting and screaming the whole time to have her 4 crowns on. Today all we have to do is to probably cement the crown on. I told her at least we need to have the dentist take a look at her tooth and then discuss what we can do. So Dr. Jason came out and took a look. He said we can put the crown back on but she is going to cry. I said its okay she can cry. The whole process is about 5 minutes. We waited while the dental assistants were getting ready. I had to say only Dr. Jason knows what he is doing, two assistants didnt really know what to do. When the dentist needed the crown cleaned and filled up with dental cement, the assistant gave him the cleaned one, the doctor had to tell her to fill the crown up dental cement. Im not sure if she filled up the right amount. After the doctor put the crown on and pressed on it, he needed the blue dental light on, the other assistant got light but the machine wasnt turned on, after she tried 4 times, finally thanks god the light was on. When the dentist needed the floss, she didnt hear it the first time, Dr. Jason had to say it again. I really dont want to be rude and ask them if they are really certified and good at doing their job. I dont like the way one of the assistants calling Dr. Jason again and again loudly across the room. I wish Cindy were here today. We could have had a better experience for todays visit. Sorry, Dr. Brice and Dr. Jason both of you are really great dentists, but for a dental office, professional trained dental assistants are also important too.

Wow! Beyond happy with this staff so far! Brought my daughter in to see Dr. Austin and right off the bat they make you feel welcome. Unlike most dentist they do explain and talk to the parent but their main focus is on the CHILDREN and making them feel comfortable! Haleigh was very skeptical about going back to the dentist because of her horrible experience at Kool Smiles. But now she is so looking forward to going back and having her caps put on. Was also able to meet Dr. buddy and he was so welcoming and thanked us for choosing them. If anyone in the Biloxi area or ocean springs area needs a pediatric dental specialist i highly recommend these guys!! Thanks

I am no longer in Biloxi but Dr. Buddy Brice is absolutely amazing. I never do reviews but had to because of such good care he used when handling my very active 3yr old. He has to have 3 crowns it went so well. Even the dentist we have now in another state complimented on how well my sons previous work was done. Very informative and thorough.

I am 21 years old now, but Dr. Buddy was my childood dentist! He gave me cleanings filled cavities and put in a spacer! He was very gentle and as a adult I wish i could go back to him now!!! He was the only dentist that was ever gentle! Very patient and funny! I would recommend sending your child to this dentist!

We LOVE Dr. Buddy and Dr. Austin! My child looks forward to going to these dentists! They are both amazing with the kids! The office is always so clean and the toys and games for the kids are an awesome touch! Staff is always so friendly! Highly highly recommend!
