This place cured my dental anxiety. I used to dread going to the dentist after a terrible experience years ago in another state. I came to the Bloomington Smile Center and Dr. Kim and the nice staff he has have been professional, kind and understanding of my fears. I have been in a few times over the past year (I had some fillings that were old and cracked) and I have had no problems with sensitivity or pain afterwards. The procedures were fast and everything is top of the line technology, including these cool mouth cameras they use to show you what your teeth look like. I have never felt pushed into getting any work done and I truly trust Dr. Kim not to do any unnecessary work. I highly recommend this practice!

Im not saying theyre gold diggers but... I went there recently and the office staff and decor was phenomenal, all smiles and professional attitudes. They gained my trust and told me that I had 8 cavities. I read the other ladys review and decided to get a second opinion just in case they were exaggerating. The second office I went to found 3 cavities. I promptly returned to BSC and was told by the dentist that "he likes to attend to spots that look like they could turn into cavities before they do." Thats the equivalent of "your bones seem a little soft, so lets put this cast on in case you break your arm!" Needless to say we switched offices. Beware of the dentist that grins and lies!

i dont know what made me go to this dentist but i am so glad i did my teeth were falling out with ever thing i ate. so i called and set an appointment when i got there everyone one is so nice and make you feel welcome. i had all my top teeth pulled. when ever i call to ask a question they answer it without telling me they will ave to call me back any time i need to get the top teeth looked at they made it for the same day i called i am so glad, happy that i found this dentist. the team match his politeness never will change dentist or be afraid of going to a dentist again at least not this one lol

The staff was nice. That was it. Another money grabbing dentist that wont even bill you for work performed. Wanted 50% of crown paid for before they would even send it to the lab. I have 5 other crowns in my mouth (and 3 more that need crowns). You would think a dentist that stands to make 3-4K off of a patient without question would work with them on billing. Nope. Dont waste your time. They sure spent a lot to make their office pretty. Makes you wonder why they give patients such a hard time about billing. Couldnt even wait a damn week. Find another dentist, and dont waste your time.

Both my wife and I came in for a check up and they told us both that we had a couple cavities, and told me they would need to grind most my tooth out and put a porcelain tooth in its place, which was going to be a little over $1000. I went to a different dentist and they told my wife she had no cavities and told me that the only cavity I had was the tooth they wanted to grind out and charge $1000 for. I would never go back to this dentist or refer anyone to go there.

I have been a patient of here for a few years now. In this time he has replaced a bridge and has done a few fillings for me. Besides being painless, he is always thorough. The procedures are always explained to me so I have a good understanding of what is going on. The before, during and after pictures on the TV always helps and assures me the problem has been fixed. If you need a new dentist go to this one!

If you want a quality experience DO NOT go here. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They do not return phone calls and they consistently bill incorrectly. Their prices are also above average. It is a disgrace how poorly this office is run. Do yourself a favor and seriously consider not choosing Bloomington Smile Center for your dental care needs.

This place is not about your teeth. all about your money. I went from having 8 cavaties, to 2 after telling them I was going to get a second opinion only coming in for a teeth cleaning and pricing invisalign. Came out w no cleaning and no pricing on invisalign? Waste of 2 hrs...

Quality is ok, but they will try to suck every dollar from your insurance and once insurance money is maxed out, then they will help you in getting dental financing. There are lots of genuine dentists in the town!!!

Poor reception.. My appointment was scheduled at 2 but when I went, they cancelled my appointment by saying it was 1.50 and I was late.. Worst experience and will never go there..
