Weve all gone to the dentist since we were just little ones. I know, and I get it, a review on a dentist seems lackluster at best. BUT what if you went to the best darn dentist around?!? I was cruising through Groupon the other day and came across the Sneed Dentals Groupon for Botox. I immediately thought this person must be a genius. You get your teeth cleaned every six months and hey while youre laying back why not get your Botox touch-up done too! Since it had been six months since my last dental appointment, I called and booked my teeth cleaning and a little Botox maintenance. I was completely satisfied with both services. You know how some people are butt people, and some people are legs people, well Im into teeth. When I get my teeth cleaned, I want them to sparkle like something Zsa Zsa Gabor would wear. I am happy to say that is what the team at Sneed Dental delivered. Now to the Botox, from a very young age my mother preached about staying out of the sun and wearing sunscreen, which I have done since I was young. I probably dont need Botox, but I am a firm believer of preventative measures. My philosophy is if the wrinkles never have an opportunity to form then Ive done something right. I enjoyed my time at Sneed Dental so much that I decided that I probably need to get the retainer repaired that I have had since high school that no longer fits in my mouth. I am happy to say that Dr. Sneed fit me for a new retainer that will help shift my teeth back to perfect form. One more thing and I will jump off of my little dental soap box...Dr. Sneed is running a great business with fantastic customer service. Now get your teeth cleaned! And no I am not a paid advertiser I just like quality service.

Made my routine/cleaning appointment a few weeks in advance and when I got there I was shuffled around like being in a herd of sheep. I literally got put in 3 different exam rooms (not including the xray) until someone was like "oh youre scheduled for a crown right?" WHAT?? Then I was informed if I wanted to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned I could come back 2 hours later (after I had dozed off in one of those exam rooms for 10 full minutes) because Dr. Sneed was in a procedure. Another 5 minutes went by and Dr. Sneed came in and was very polite and kind, showed me the Xray results and then basically said I could have a complimentary teeth whitening kit but I would have to re schedule the cleaning and full exam. While most of the staff are polite, there is a definitely lack of organization and communication. AND THERE IS A EMAIL REQUEST TO LEAVE A REVIEW FOR THEIR SITE BUT THEY ONLY POST THE POSITIVE ONES (OBVIOUSLY!) BECAUSE I TRIED POSTING THIS ONE!!

Sneed has all these people fooled! Have you ever noticed that everytime you come here you see a new face? Its because she cant keep anyone around long enough to work. She is very selfish and very greedy. The every day customer doesnt see what goes on behind closed doors. If she says that a service is needed I would definitely get a second opinion. And pay close attention to your insurance bill/statement. If something doesnt look right, call your provider to verify. The people here leaving 5 star comments are a joke. They dont see what "really" goes on here. Labor laws are being broken. Services that are not needed are being coaxed to the customer. Itll all come out one day.

I liked the fast response when it came to being seen. Most Orthodontist take 2-3 weeks to be scheduled mine was only 4 days. Sneed Orthodontics Practice offers a free consultation, and Dr. Sneed and her staff were very friendly. When I arrived I was greeted, Dr. Sneed went over every option by detail to ensure my needs were meet. She didnt just tell me anything, to get my money or issuance, she actually went over every concern I had for free, mine you this is only the complementary consultation. Her staff were very friendly, they even have refreshments up front, and i have never seen a dental office that offer refreshments so its 5 Stars all the way.

Ive been a loyal client of another dentist in the east Memphis area now for over 20 years. This summer I decided to visit Dr. Sneed. Immediately, I felt she and her staff genuinely cared about me and my individual needs. Somehow, being with the same practice for so long, I had forgotten how it felt not to sit in the waiting room forever, and not rushed out the door afterwards. The culture in Dr. Sneeds office is that of concern, kindness, and class. Im so happy that I made the switch and Im looking forward to my second visit coming up in December!

Thank you so much for fitting me in for the very next day when I had an sudden permanent retainer issue! I was very nervous about my retainer coming off and my teeth separating once again, especially considering that Ive already had to have 2 separate rounds of braces in the past, but thanks to yalls immediate help in securing my retainer, I dont have to worry about my teeth shifting! Thanks for seeing me so quickly before my small problem became a much more serious/expensive issue!

I had an appointment at the cordova location today and was very nervous. When I walked in I got to meet holly and Madison and they were so friendly and comforting. Courtney was the assistant and very calming and had a smile on her face the whole time. She was able to answer questions I had and very gentle with me. Dr. Harris was also very gentle and helpful.. I enjoyed my time there this morning and felt right at home.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Sneed, and I highly recommend her! She listens to my needs, answers my questions, helps me to prevent further dental problems, and is very patient and knowledgeable. She specializes in so many areas, including pediatric dentistry and endodontics, so she really is a one-stop shop for oral health. Her office is very nice and comfortable, as well. Awesome!

Everyone is always so friendly! Each appointment has been pleasant and the staff are always very thorough in making sure you understand what theyre doing, what issues you might have and what could be done to help. They take their time listening to any issues you might have been having prior to the appointment and help explore to see what might be going on. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Worst experience of my life! Multiple billings for the same visit, billings for a visit to a second location we never went to and no one can ever give us a straight answer to why. We even had to go to another dentist to get prior work redone due to its "shabby and incorrect nature" said one dentist... Save your time, and money and find a dentist that actually cares about their clients...
