One star for Dr. Hayes due to his pleasant hospitable care and knowledge of dentistry. From the cancelling of my appointment on the same day of my procedure which led me to be seen in the ER to the unpleasant attitude of the front desk person Im completely outdone with the service provided at this office. At almost 40 Im certain to never have received a reprimand for being late to the appointment. If you want to reschedule that would have been an option but to yell at the patient was absurd. Here now to add to the injury I suppose the penalty was to make me pay $500 up front because of my tardy. What was was so unfortunate is that I were going to pay the entire procedure over $1100 at the time of service. The rude, appalling, arrogant nature of the front desk receptionist was enough for me to take my business, money and positive business review to an office where the patient is treated with respect and hospitality. It was more important for staff to be rude, intimidating and harsh toned than to accommodate a paying patient. Im sorry I ever spent a dollar here or trusted coming even after they cancelled my much needed procedure 2 hours prior to me arriving previously. It was not the first time there were a rude encounter with those working at the front desk here but you try not to make a deal out of things and carry on due to keeping the environment calm. I hope management is not the example of what has been displayed of the front desk clerks. If this is modeled behavior at this office I pray someone feels the need to reconcile this behavior and learn to treat patients with respect being concerned with patient care.

Dr. Hayes and his staff are the best in town. I needed a very urgent tooth extraction and I called Dr. Hayes office. His staff was professional and I got my appointment within a day!. I had no insurance and he took care of me and I opted to pay out of pocket because I did not have insurance. That did not really bother him. He just wanted to see that I am comfortable and although I had little money. He worked with me into paying it in two instalments. When my tooth was extracted, there was minimal pain and the healing process was quick. He definitely knew what he was doing and how to go about it in the most gentle manner. I felt at home and very comfortable. The first time I walked in, the staff was welcoming and meeting Dr. Hayes made me even more comfortable. He explained to me my options and gave me the best treatment. I have found the perfect dentist and would recommend him to everyone. With Dr. Hayes, you are dealing with a caring and very skilled dentist who will take care of your needs. I have more procedures to be done and I am sticking with Dr. Hayes for all the work that is to be done.I highly recommend him.

First time reviewing but 2nd time Ive been to this office - both times; outstanding service and staff. I had go in 2nd time due to a filling redo. I wasnt expecting to be seen right away but they got me in the same day I called! (Bonus!) And to say their quality of work speaks for itself. When my daughter and I were walking to the car she asked to see the tooth. When I smiled she just kept looking and eventually said, "Ok, I cant tell which one he did." Need I say more? Thank you thank you so much to the crew at Hayes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry - you are all amazing!! So glad I chose your office as my family dentist!!!

Dr Hayes and his staff make us feel like family. We are impressed with the sincere and genuine care that the entire office has for their patients. Appointments are a breeze and we have never waited very long in the waiting room. Dr Hayes and his staff are courteous and professional and put you at ease no matter what you are there for. My 7 year old daughter doesnt have the anxiety that going to the dentist usually elicits and actually likes going to the dentist! There is no reason to go anywhere else they have the expertise and the touch of angels.

These are some of the most professional individuals I have EVER done business with. I not only had an emergency with a broken front tooth at 7am on a Saturday, Im supposed to be married in 11 months!! These ladies got out of bed and within the morning had me completely set up with an amazing temporary tooth that I could live with!! But my permeate crown comes in about two weeks. Will be returning for all my cleaning needs. So many thanks!! &&& they called me the next day to check up on me!!!

Dr Hayes and his staff are awesome! I had a tooth ache, possibly facing a root canal and crown, and was leaving town. They got me in right away, were very accommodating, professional, & attentive to my needs. They have state of the art equipment, a very clean office, and take a conservative approach to your treatment options. Before I knew it I was leaving with my tooth fixed, no pain, and all in less than an hour! Thank you Dr Hayes, now I can enjoy my trip - pain free!

I was having issues with my tooth late one night and I needed an emergency dentist. I called Dr. Hayes that night and he texted me back stating that he could see me the next day. I went the very next day and his staff was AWESOME, they were so kind to me. Dr. Hayes was AWESOME as well. Dr.Hayes and his staff made this the best dentist experience for me in years! I would strongly recommend them!!!!

I have had the same dentist for a few years and recently began to have an issue that my previous dentist could not resolve. I finally decided to see someone else for a second opinion and Dr. Hayes addressed my issue that had been on-going for 3-4 months. I wish I had seen him earlier. I had an abscess tooth and needed immediate relief for the pain. It happened late on a Saturday night and fortunately Family and Cosmetic Dentistry was open on Sunday. Amazing! I havent had the best dental experiences in the past and have a small fear of the dentist... But today I got a cavity refilled and was a little worried going into it but everything went so smoothly!
