This office isn’t honest. I provided the info for the insurance, they called me a few days later to verify it, and then specifically *did not* inform me they are out of network. They waited until they had done the exam and we were picking out frames before they told me I wouldn’t have as much coverage because they’re out of network. Quote unquote: “We’re not supposed to say we’re out of network because we accept VSP but you’ll have lower coverage amounts instead.” Cost me $40 extra and I’m going to a different business to get my frames and lenses. The staff was friendly but the dishonesty of the business is ridiculous.

The reviews you see before mine are outdated. Since then staff has improved and I would personally recommend this place. Most of the reviewers before me are stuck-up moms that have zero patience. So please, ignore those reviews and look at the rational ones. Overall its a decent place, staff is nice, the doctor is average and thats about all I have to say. I hope you can make your own decisions on this besides looking at the reviews. Your opinion differs from many.

Front office secretary name Doug was RUDE, he does not have any customer service. Not the first time heard it from several people. He didnt even try to understand the misunderstanding of their part for making the apt incorrectly. Left the office. I do not recommend this place. Desert EyeCare Center next to Sprint is a very good Vision place!

These guys have gotten much better as of late. Greeting everybody as they come in the door and happy friendly service. We just bought 3 pairs of glasses on 8/1 and they were ready on Saturday 8/5. Jason was our sales person an he fit them to a tee. Great job keep up the good work !

DO NOT GO HERE. rude staff. gave me wrong info. talked to office manager he couldnt care less about his employees doing their job right or correcting situation save your time and money by driving into town.

Absolutely freaking HORRIBLE!!! Appointment at 2:45, still hadnt been called by 3:30, was told there was still a person a head of me!!!!! Looking elsewhere for this family of 5 whom all wear glasses!

Staff is still rude been going there since day one. Wait time is ridiculous but thats not as bad as their staffs attitude about a job they chose. Id rather drive back to casa Grande

The eye doctor eye is OK, but there front staff that help you get glasses and help with payment is amazing! Teresa was VERY helpful and kind! THANK YOU TERESA!!!!!!

Stopped in today to get my new lenses. Theresa was very friendly and efficient. Had my lenses switched over very quickly. Highly recommended this place.
