Ive had itchy blisters in my thumb since about 2005. They started as a single blister, and progressed to more clear blisters all over my thumb. At the time I was working at a hotel, and, aside from touching many germ-laden things, polished shoes, occasionally with no gloves. My primary doctor said it was eczema, and prescribed me a product that didnt work. He said that it was impossible for me to get athletes foot or herpes in my hand (which isnt true). I asked others, and they said the same thing. I recently visited this clinic for a better answer. The lady physician (blonde hair) visited with me not more than 10 minutes. She looked grossed out and acted like she didnt want to spend any time with me. I wanted actual skin/fluid samples taken, but she insisted that they were not necessary, and prescribed me a steroid cream that didnt help. She also said that it was impossible for me to get athletes foot or herpes in my hand. After that useless 10 minute visit, I received a bill for $200. More recently I decided to apply Lotrimin, an athletes foot cream, to my hand multiple times a day for over a week. The blisters are completely gone. Do not visit this clinic. These people are clueless scammers who only want your money.

wasted time. I made my way to this visit, described a recurring issue, detailed what products I use and when I use them, my comings and goings, etc and when only to be told that it sounded like contact dermatitis and that there was nothing she or anyone else could do to say what the issue was or what to do about it. Really? 1) sounded like? You should have phone visits so I can invest less time to get nothing. She didnt even look at my skin. 2) contact dermatitis? Its recurring! It barely goes away.. Am I contacting the same thing? In two states, two climates, thousands of miles apart? Complete and utter waste of time. Ive learned nothing, gained nothing. I cant imagine any circumstances under which I would do that again.

First of all the Oak Creek office is a very accessible location. From door to door it probably took me 20 minutes roundtrip. The staff and Jessica Grandlich were excellent. They kept things professional but with a sense of humor. They were very attentive and probably spend too much time with me. For anyone who writes a negative review, thats on you. You have to be responsible for your own care. The doctors/staff are just there to guide/assist you. And this staff did an excellent job.

My 2 month old has horrible eczema on his scalp. They were able to get him an appt very fast with Jessica the nurse practitioner. Our appt was at 830am. The waiting room door was open. For 15 they stood in the hallway talking about fitness instead of calling us back for his appt. The cream that was prescribed isnt working. Ive been calling for over a week leaving messages to see if there is something else she can prescribe him. No response.....

I was prescribed with a medication that contained Benzoyl Peroxide and my doctor had on file that I was allergic and could not have anything that has Benzoyl Peroxide in it. I then called the office to get it replaced and now I am unable to pick up my prescription from Walgreens because I need a new card from the Dermatologist for my changed medication. This has been a month long process and I still do not have the medication I need.

Jessica the PA was pleasant, thorough and answered many of my questions. I had no wait time plus the staff was congenial and polite.
