Dr. Thomas is GREAT. However, the office is run horribly. You cant get an appointment if youre having an emergency with your skin, nor will a nurse or doctor call you. So, if youre having a reaction to something you got prescribed, youre on your own and have to try to see someone else who probably isnt a dermatologist. Also, if you try calling when they are supposed open, theyll probably tell you theyre not open yet and to call back (example, they told me to call at 8am, I called at 8:10, was told to call back in 5 minutes). I really liked Dr. Thomas, but whats the point of having her as my dermatologist if I can never get in to see her or talk to her if Im having a problem?

Sat in the office for 45min. while other patients that were registered after me were called. I finally asked what the delay was and was told that my chart was never pulled and given to the nurse. Meanwhile receptionists were discussing nutritional information on the chocolates they were eating. Apparently nutritional information is more important than customer service. Then I waited 15 min. In the patient exam room for the doctor. ..which under other circumstances I wouldnt mind. An hour wait for a 20min consultation! Why set appointments if you have to wait that long?
