Disappointing and emotionally upsetting. Another physician had prescribed a medication for my face that resulted in open sores. Seeking a second opinion, I went to Dr. Yang. All she managed to do was berate and interrogate me for the other physicians prescription. And despite my face covered with many, many open sores, she refused to provide a note excusing me from work; and I only wanted to be able to work from home, not be excuse me entirely. She said I could go to work with the open sores, just dont wear any makeup. And if that wasnt enough, she tried to dissuade me from using a cream that would alleviate the pain. Fortunately, after she walked out of the room the nurse told me I should use the cream and what else I could do to minimize the swelling. She is rude, unprofessional and unethical. I was forced to pay the $228 bill, otherwise it would go on my credit report. And I find it difficult to believe the other doctors there would be any better.

The doctor, Marjorie F. Yang, MD , was not very thorough in checking everywhere for skin cancer and when I had a bump removed from my face I could still feel pain as the numbing stuff did not work totally. I was not expecting perfect results but her procedure left a little crater where the bump was removed. I think a stitch popped but when I went back she said it did not but it sure felt like it did. Anyway I had a few similar things removed a few years earlier by another doctor and you can barely tell they did anything which is good as they left very little scaring. She did not seem very confident when doing the procedure. Im a bit disappointed. They also charged me about 25 dollars for something I did not have done. It took several months to finally straightened it out and taken of my bill.

I had an awful large acne cyst that was making my eye nearly swollen shut. I called a dermatologist that I had went to in the past and they were not able to schedule me for an "emergency" appointment until 3 days out... I called Forefront Dermatology not knowing what to expect as some of the reviews were questionable but sadly thats usually how it works as someone is always quick to leave negative feedback and almost never positive. Well I had an excellent experience with them! I was able to get in just a few hours after I called. My provider was Jerrilyn Johnson and she was amazing! She took the time to go over a treatment plan with me. She was able to relieve the pressure I was having and get me on my way to recovery! Thank you Jerrilyn!

Before Forefront took over Ascend Dermatology, I was seeing the first doctor that had actually helped me with my skin condition after seeing many doctors and trying many treatments over the years. Now I have seen a physician assistant and a physician at Forefront and neither of them listened to me when I told them I needed laser treatment to finish getting rid of my psoriasis; it has been the only thing that worked. Needless to say, my psoriasis is worse. The office is disorganized and the compassion is gone! I would no longer recommend this place.

Dr. Yang spent about 30 seconds with me and never even touched me. I received my diagnosis from the nurse & she is the one who told me what to do to make it go away & how to use the medication. I waited longer to get in an exam room then my entire exam. That was a year ago & I continue to have the same problems.
