I was there for my dreaded yearly skin exam, and to buy some OBAGI skin wash for my face. Dr. M immediately found two moles amongst the many on my body that she said looked suspicious and wanted gone. She removed them and the biopsy results came back as pre-cancerous! I was so happy to have gone to her! She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The staff was great and helpfuI, even under pressure on a very busy day. I Will always go back to her, and the expected 35 minute wait to see her was worth it; It may have saved my life!

We were billed after we paid while at the office. They said that they did not have record of us paying. we had to go through our bank records to prove to them that we paid. We waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half then we were in the office for about 10 min. and all the dr. did was try to sell us a bunch of products. Also a dermatologist that had terrible skin. all in all a very bad 1st (and last) visit with this dr. and staff.

My experience is its all about the money not the wellbeing of a person. I had a mole removed. A mole that was not cancer I had to go to her office to be told it wasnt cancer she couldnt tell me over the phone I was charged 80$ for her to tell me its not cancer .Then I Had To Tell Her Can YOU Look At My Wound SHES LIKE OH Yes I AM Sorry. It costs me over 200$ not included what my insurance picked up almost 400$ seriously.

I saw Dr Michael since I was concerned about a lesion on my lower lip. Doctor Michael was professional attentive and caring. She was pleasant and had a lovely demeanor and reassured me after removing the lesion. I am very glad I was able to be seen by her and recommend her highly.

Horrible experience. They try to sell you hydro facial at 100 plus a session and dont listen at all . The appts are a month on advance and when you get there you wait an hour or longer to be seen. Whrn seen. Dr Michels doesnt listen to your concerns.
