This place doesnt even deserve one star. Doesnt matter what location you go to. There is a reason they changed their name from Great Lakes Dermatology to Ascend Dermatology, because they had such a bad reputation. I made the mistake of going here twice for an issue I had with a cyst and they treated me for the wrong thing. I was numbed in the same spot 5 separate times for a minor surgery they told me I needed that I later found out I didnt actually need it. Also was prescribed two antibiotics at a total of over a thousand milligrams a day! I was so weak from all the medication, my blood pressure was low. So I went for a second opinion to Forefront Dermatology and found out I did not need to be on all those antibiotics AND what they thought I had wasnt what I actually had. Horrible experience. Go to Forefront Dermatology if you need treatment, way more professional and actually know what they are doing.

They are now Forefront Dermatology. I had a very large excision and a week after I needed a last minute wound check. I called and got an appt within minutes. The nurse Danielle was so great!! She spent a lot of time cleaning and dressing my wound with extra care. She really put my nerves at ease. The P.A. John was very sweet and kind. He checked back several times while I was with nurse to make sure everything was going fine. Excellent team!

I am a patient of Dr. Delis. Today I received a phone call regarding some test results. I decided I would just stop by the office to schedule an appointment to resolve my situation. The entire staff was phenomenal! They took me to an exam room and set up everything, including filling out the questionnaire. I just want to say THANK YOU ALL for caring so much and making me feel comfortable.

Dont bother, they are no longer at the hospital. they are down a ways in another direction in some hole in the wall truck-stop area. Learned that the hard way when I was 5 minutes late because their Google information was incorrect and they canceled my appointment. What a waste.
