Worst experience ever. The doctor I saw didnt ask me any questions about the rash I had, she just diagnosed in literally 2 seconds and couldnt get me out of there faster. She was not concerned about her patient, must have been late for lunch. Absolutely ridiculous, I was uncomfortable the whole 3 minutes she was in the room. Then the doctor sent my prescriptions into GEN-RX instead of an actual pharmacy while Im suffering from this rash and my eczema. Called genrx and couldnt get ahold of anyone, after attempting to call 3 times in 3 days I called back the doctor and they said they would take care of it. I still didnt get a call from genrx until a WEEK after my appointment. Absolutely insane.

Update on my last review, I went to a different dermatologist because I knew this place was wrong and they were shocked when they heard what she "diagnosed" me with. I have eczema and it was so severe I was in constant pain and itching. I ALSO have staph infection which they failed to notice. It is insane to me that this doctor did not care enough to take the time to actually look me over. If I didnt get my staph treated who knows what could have happened. Dont go here, such an awful experience

Jerrily Johnson provided a thorough assessment and recommendations for chronic psoriasis. She not only read my chart but listened, and thats important considering years of different products and UV light. Jerrilyn also sees my granddaughter for acne and has demonstrated expert knowledge and wisdom in a gradual approach to treatment, instead of more aggressive prescriptions. Were happy to have found her, along with her competent and pleasant assistant. They come highly recommended!

The clinic is well-maintained, clean and it is easy to schedule up appointments and/or talk with the medical staff if you have a question. You may wait a little longer on the phone during peak times (mornings, early in the week) but its worth the wait as the staff are helpful and friendly

My experience was awful. Dr. Delis left and now they tried charging me $48 extra for each wart removed. It was the same insurance and same procedure as before. When I refused to pay extra the new doctor got made. I will never go back!!

I loved Jerrilyn. She was professional as well as had wonderful bedside manner. A lovely person. She even worked around my therapy dog who came with me. Looking forward to a long relationship with you!
