This place is the WORST! They have ZERO customer service and also have no idea which way is up or down! They are RUDE and seriously need more training and how to give out proper information, regarding new customers. They need to learn how to treat people better, Can anyone recommend a seminar to these people? I have never been more confused about making something as simple as an appointment. Every call they contradicted themselves in every way possible. Oh you need this... no you dont need that.... your qualified... no your not qualified... The front desk supervisor is a waste of time! I have no idea what schooling she went to but she really needs to go back for proper training, especially if she is going to keep a upper position and lead by example. I have to rate with at least 1 star, but Believe me I have given them ZERO stars! I will let everyone I know NOT to go to this place!
