First off, I never got a confirmation latter or call so I didnt know the office was in a suite, or which suite. Therefore, I came in fifteen minutes late since I couldnt find the place my first day, I also didnt know they had a parking lot, and the secretary told me it was okay to move my car. When I came back, they sent me home since I was past fifteen minutes late!! My second day, I get to see the doctor who didnt use gloves when touching near my eyes and was not very friendly at all, which wasnt a big difference from the office staff either. I tried asking the secretary why I never got a confirmation call and why they dont write up rules on being fifteen minutes late - no compassion, dont even want to hear my customer service suggestion. Now for the eyeglass department! So I walk into the eyeglass department to browse. The workers help me at 4:30. The next day, I come back, and the lady says shes gonna write down my eyeglass order so that after I make a decision, I can call in to order. Wrong again! I go in a third time to browse and order at 4:10, and they are angry since they claim they told me I needed to come in before 4 to order glasses. They need to put a sign that says: Office closes at 4 if youre not being seen by the doctor instead of just sending me home again! So after being yelled at by the lady and lectured by the male manager, I actually go home crying for their lack of communication, making me feel stupid, and my waste of time - again! Today, I simply call in to order, like she said, before four. No! Oops, they didnt take my measurements!! So I have to wast some more time and gas money! I have left a message on the managers voicemail. As for the eyeglass manager, he refuses to write up paperwork informing new patients that the hour from 4-5 is reserved for eye doc patients. I dont understand why they cant just write up some signs for us so we know what in the world is going on!!! Hope Ive helped someone be in the know!

The Doctors are great, however, the staff is less than professional. They turn their phones off too early, leave you on hold too long, and dont call you when your glasses are ready. I called 2 weeks after the order date and they quickly stated they werent ready (without even checking). I finally walked in 30 days after the order date so she had no choice but to check to see if they were ready, which they were! Poor customer service. Now, when I try to call, there is no answer and the voice mail box is full! Give me a break!

So you need signs for everything? Im sorry to say there is no GPS for life.. Im a 10yr patient at Center for Sight, I always get an appt confirmation call and I have no complaints I let the quality Customer Service speak for itself. Do you really go home and cry because you didnt bother to ask if its to late in the day to place an order for glasses ?.. possibly its not an issue with the service but an issue with the customer..

I will say, Ive only had one optomologist(Dr. Hsu@center for sight )&the lady who fitted my 1yr old baby girl 4 her 1st pair of corrective glasses, were AMAZING! I was most impressed&forever greatful for making my daughters 1st visit a memorable&comfortable one, rather than a traumatic one.Dr. hsu is great with kids.
