Wrong Way

Tell me how they scheduled My Day to take off My braces, "that day" made me Pay as usual and never explained the next time was going to be the last day in life they were going to see me ( I though after they take off your braces they would keep seeing me for cleaning glue etc purposes) so I went to my appointment since my WEDDING BY CHURCH date was the following week. I had a balance due of $300.00 and because I only had my usual appointment payment of $100.00 they literally just refused to take care of me destroying my WEDDING PLANS and experience which from day one was the WORSE! God Knows I am not lying or exaggerating this. THANK YOU OBT DENTAL FOR DESTROYING MY WEDDING I will pay your $300.00 you will never be able to make it up to me! People with no professionalism, people who ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY... The treatment. Every single Orthodontist said they would do in 9 months OBT dental had to get it done in 2 Years to be able to take as much money as they could from me. OBT DENTAL WHERE YOUR MONEY COMES FIRST THAN ANYTHING!! (If you want to take a look at the disgusting pictures of my mouth Cuts wholes and bleeds from their Treatment just ask me I will be more than happy to send them to you so you can see what I went thru with this People. Thank You for making my Life Miserable I will def pay your money and find someone else you care.

Esta oficina no es seria para nada. Haces citas y despues q esperas un mes o mas para ella te llaman unos dias antes y te reprograman para un mes despues porque la doctora no podra ese dia. So los clientes son los afectados. Pagamos por servicio y no hay buen servicio ahi. Llevo mas de un mes esperando para una cita que seria el dia 20 y hoy me dicen q deben reprogramarla para el 23 de marzo porque la doctora no estara ese dia. Es una broma? Muy decepcionada.

HORRIBLE experience. On THIS particular visit I waited for almost an hour before I inquired about the delay. Which is ALMOST normal since this dentist likes to OVER BOOK himself like nothing Iv ever seen. When I approached the desk to ask if there was a problem the ladies confirmed a delay in "service". I was curious why NO ONE informed the patients waiting in the waiting room of such a delay. One woman behind the desk acted as if she could NOT CARE ANY LESS about what was happening. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. Last time I checked, "Drs" where NOT supposed to make their patients feel like a NUMBER or $$. I will GLADLY take my $$ elsewhere to a place I feel welcomed. Maybe work on your communication skills and keeping your patient updated on what your plan of care is. I gladly would have rescheduled my appointment to a more "convenient for the Dr." time or come back later since I live so close.

This office is a joke. The office assistant manager Esther is a crook and a big time LIAR!! She contradicts herself- charging my insurance after I told them NOT to until further notice, changed my contract on me, charged me a higher amount based on the insurance premium but when I requested my EOB from the insurance company they were charging the insurance less. I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me I would be called by Olga who isnt even on the website as a manager, which makes me assume that she is just having another staff member call me. I am done with these people and I want to speak to the REGIONAL MANAGER ASAP.

If you want a Dentist office who is interested in what is best for you and has the best staff, then OBT Dental is the place. Everyone has always been professional and friendly at this office. The Dr explain every detail and answer all my concerns. I am now taking my 12 year old son there because he deserves the best. They certainly take their time to give you individualized treatment. Dr and staff really cares for his patients and there true needs. I couldnt be in better hands!!!

excellent service and human quality !!! comes with severe pain; all the staff was friendly and nice with me. DR Olmos evaluate me and explained to me that my wisdom tooth was causing problems . my wisdom tooth extraction was a success, not hurt me at all. DR Olmos and the girl who attended me I think her name was Daisy They were very considerate and kind to me. thanks OBT Dental, you are the best !!!!

First visit waited 45 min, Dr Olmos was great and honest. Second visit waited for 1h 10min I decide to leave, the girls at the front desk toll me that I will be charge the cancellation fee If I leave. After tell her that it was not fear they agree not charge me. What a bad experience in my second and last visit.
