The first time I made an appointment with them they rescheduled me because there was a new doctor who needed more patients. The second time, I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment, filled out paperwork, and waited. About 30 minutes later, Dominique decides to tell me that my insurance is only covered on Tuesdays & Thursdays. So I would have to reschedule. By then, I should have knew better than to continue with them. But I decided to give them another chance. I wasted my gas and gave away my shift (so double loss) to see them. Pathetic. The third time, Im on my way to the place & they decided to call me to let me know to not come in because they were running an hour and half behind & it would be pointless to come in. I asked when the next available day is, tells me Friday & Monday. I tell her, I thought you can only take me Tuesdays and Thursdays because of my insurance? She double checks, says no youre good for Mondays & Fridays too. Mind you, I have Humana PPO. Another flag to not come in. But they were able to take me in a few days later so I didnt argue. Again, I go in 10 minutes before & Im not taken to the back for another 30 minutes. They take my X-rays, my exam, then I would like to have a cleaning & they tell me I have to wait an hour to get that. Didnt complain about it because I was hungry and I could get food and come back. When I get back I have the cleaning done & they tell me I have to pay $88. Ive never paid so much for just a cleaning. Tells me they had to use irrigation & fluoride. I said well no one told me I had to pay for the both of those. If it wasnt covered by my insurance you guys should have gave me a treatment plan and discussed what I needed to get done. She said the lady in the front should have discussed that with you before taking you back. I said no one said anything to me, just that I needed it. She said I apologize for that. Youre still going to need to pay the $88. These people dont know how to properly run a dental office. Save yourself the hassle of booking an appointment with them. Never coming back nor recommending this place again. One star because the X-rays and cleaning went well. Everything else was ridiculous.

Never again!! Do Not Ever Go Here. Located at RDV but do not subscribe to RDVs family friendly, honest, pleasurable experience. One hour and 15 minutes and 3 technicians to take x-rays. My mouth was cut twice. When I mentioned this had never happened before (I am over 60 yrs old with GREAT teeth) I was told "first time for everything" haha. Asked for x-rays and cleaning on same day and was told Dr was talking to hygienist (whom i saw for about 30 seconds). 30 minutes later I am presented with a "Treatment Plan to get my teeth cleaned, for almost $200 OVER INSURANCE for special deep cleaning and scaling. Refused to offer a regular cleaning and had to schedule another appointment for the "Special" cleaning. Money hungry insurance gougers. Optional services (fluoride!) can not be refused. Irrigation (used by every dentist Ive ever seen was a separate $60 charge). Must sign agreement to accept and pay for all services they "recommend". I wish I had read the other reviews here before wasting my time. The employee explaining the plan did not even grasp English well enough to comment on my question regarding the statement " I have also been given alternatives" When I asked for the alternatives she said this was just how much to pay?!? No alternatives were given - i.e., how about a regular cleaning covered by my insurance. I was told NO, this is not an option. And you wonder what is happening to health care... Too bad there is no negative star rating. In response to ADC comment that you are offering me the best care - I went to a reputable dentist this week and had x-rays (again) easily and with no pain; and teeth cleaned. I was given a brochure and information on the treatment recommended by ADC (scaling and planing - $900 fee). I was told by the Dentist that i was not even close to being a candidate for any procedure other than routine cleaning. My teeth and gums are in such excellent shape that Dr said he could not even recommend special anti bacterial mouthwash, and that i had been scammed.

I went in yesterday for an emergency appointment. They refused to treat then, said I had to come back for x-rays and a special type of cleaning. I was explained that this would all be covered 100% by my insurance. I went back today for the x-rays and cleaning. I did the usual waiting for nearly an hour in the waiting room and almost another hour inside the "room" (they dont have actual rooms, just open stalls where your back is to the entrance - very awkward). They did the x-rays, acted as though everything was ok, and then actually brought me a bill for nearly $300 and refused to do the cleaning until I paid it right there. They refused to bill me later (after sending information to my insurance, in past cases like this when Ive paid in advance Ive been vastly overcharged and have had to fight to get my money back). They argued with me when I explained that I was not comfortable being forced to pay while sitting in the chair waiting for the treatment I was scheduled for. I did not get the cleaning, and as I was checking out they tried to schedule me for cavity fillings, when nobody had given me any information about how many cavities, where they were, or anything about the fillings. I wish I had done some research before making the appointment, but since it was an emergency appointment I didnt have that luxury. It looks like I would not have made this choice had I read reviews already here. Off to find a different dentist. Edit: I received a call today from the office manager to discuss this review (being upset in the office was of no concern, but publicly it was). Usually this is something that I would respect, but instead of actually talking about the problems, she argued with me about how I was wrong and none of her staff did anything wrong. That is their conflict resolution.

I did not care for this place at all. On my first visit, I saw the dentist for about 5 - 10 minutes, she checked a couple of teeth said everything is ok, but I need a filling in one of them. You looked at my teeth for all of two seconds and you didnt check all of my teeth. I have issues with my gums that she didnt pick up at all seeing as how she was literally in my mouth for a whole of two seconds. She left and this other immediately walked in to go over pricing and payment for my filling. Really?! I was stupid enough though to go ahead and schedule a cleaning and the filling. My god, the cleaning lasted for about 15 minutes if not less and all she did was brush my teeth. Im not kidding. She flossed a couple of teeth and used the water pick on a couple of others. ALL THINGS I CAN DO AT HOME!! I had not been to the dentist for over year and hardly floss. You can not tell me there my teeth are perfectly clean. Ive started flossing diligently since my visit and I can feel the plaque/tartar in between my teeth because she did not really clean my teeth. I told her I had issues flossing molars all the way in the back because of my wisdom teeth. She said, "oh that happens", but she didnt even look back there. Needless to say, I cancelled the other scheduled appointment, which the girl was pretty rude about, and will not be coming back. Ill just have to bite the bullet and drive an hour to go to my previous dentist whom I love.
