It took me 3 calls to get through to the receptionist (not because they were busy, but because they were 10 minutes to close and getting ready to leave). I told the woman that I would arrive a couple minutes before close to give her a heads up. She asked me what service I needed; I guess that made a difference on if she would let me in or not. I had a 1 & 3 year old with likely ear infections. Probably the quickest and easiest type of ailment to see. I arrived a minute before close, and the doors were locked with the lights off. Why get into healthcare if you dont actually want to help others?
