I went to the J-town after hours location due to feeling quite ill after episodes of "acute high blood pressure". I was politely told by the doctor and assistant - nurse? - that there was nothing they could do for me, they had no intervention medications, did not even offer to check my bp, and told me to drive to the ER. Being a KY One patient, as my GPs office was closed (which they knew), did not direct me to Jewish Dupont - KY One- or suggest any measures I should consider or take. Any info given was like having to pull teeth. I drove thru rush hour traffic and prayed...

Office staff is very rude and impersonal. I like Alyse Harris because she keeps it real with you, but have always wondered why there is never anyone in the office waiting to be seen. I think I now know why... its because they are SOOOO rude!

I have never been to a doctor that charges you its own deductible of $75 per visit just to be seen even when you have insurance with no copay. No wonder there are never any patients waiting to be seen every time I have gone.

Literally refused to treat my 4 year old or provide basic first aid instructions for a wound. Would not recommend.
