Absolutely love this Dentist office!!! I was very nervous about switching my childrens dentist, but I was extremely unhappy where I was at. After hearing such wonderful things about this office I decided to give a try and it was the best decision I have ever made. They are amazing with children and make them feel so comfortable that my 10 and 6 year old now go back in the rooms by themselves and even look forward to their next appointment. My kids loved them so much that my husband and I decided to switch to their office ourselves. All of the office staff is great, but I have to say Sue is by far the best person I have ever met at any doctor or dental office I have ever been to. She is caring, helpful, and so passionate about what she does. She will literally hold your hand through the entire process from making the appointments to filling out paperwork and dealing with all of the insurance. She is so knowledgeable and made the whole experience super easy!!! We will always continue our dental care at Saxon Dental and everyone young or old should give them a try. :)

Good luck if you choose this dentist office. My experience was so poor that I feel compelled to advise others. I arrived this morning to have one tooth extracted (the appointment was made solely for this purpose as directed by the office). After waiting one hour in the dentists chair (visited three times by an intermediary playing "telephone" between me and the dentist, the dentist arrived to inform me that he didnt want to "struggle" (his word) to extract my tooth. A few weeks prior, he offered to do the extraction at my initial visit. When I called him on this, he claimed he didnt remember. He might have wanted to check his notes. He said he was sorry. The bottom line is that once he learned I was still considering what I wanted to do (bridgework, post, etc.) after the extraction, the game changed. So, if you are looking for a dentist that is willing to treat you only for the immediate promise of future, more financially lucrative procedures, then this guy is for you. This dental practice performed so poorly that I will be filing a complaint with the dental board.

My insurance listed Saxon Dental as in network. I hadnt been there before but I made an appointment and went today. Talk about a wonderful experience. The very best dental practice Ive every been to. As a new patient they give you a gift, they give you a complete tour of the facility and meet everyone. You are treated like a real person; they make you feel welcome and appreciate you being there. I cant even begin to say how great they are.

Im in and out. They are organized and dont waste my time. Its hard these days to find a professional and efficient dental office. Ive been coming here for 5 years now. First time patients just know your initial exam doesnt cover your cleaning, they are 2 separate appointments. They can schedule them at the same time in the same day but youll need to be sure to tell them you also need a cleaning so you dont need to come back another time.

I came into the office on Monday to get some cavities filled. The dentist, young female , not sure of her name was awesome. Everyone in the office knows I am terrified of the dentist. The dentist and her assistant that worked on me we amazing. I will keep coming back as long as I get her. Thank you for helping me with my fear of the dentist.
