I would not recommend this particular lab. I made an appointment to ensure quicker service but several walk-ins were seen before me, despite the fact that the paperwork clearly states that patients with reservations will be seen first. Getting these people to answer the phone was nearly impossible as well. Last on the list of frustrations (and this is probably the biggest): they performed a test that required fasting (unbeknownst to me) and didnt ask me if I had fasted. I never even knew that there was a problem until my doctor told me I would have to go back and be re-tested. They should ask you the necessary questions before drawing your blood...I know it wouldve saved me time. In fact I have never had a good experience at any Quest Diagnostics. As far as labs go, they are one of the worst. Ever.

Cant believe a lab can be run like this after an hour wait I finally got called in .Was first seated an plobatomis came in and said you need a urine sample and after completed to bring in were another customer was getting his blood drawn .Then proceeded to get blood work and sat down only to watch the plobatomis having some issues with blood from many customers that did not get sent off to lab and was worthless!!.It gets worst as when removing the blood work the plabotomis dropped the bottle all over the floor and was cleaning it as I am sitting there.!!Finally they moved me to another chair to wait to have blood work and the to another chair!! Finally blood drawn and a bad bruise and Im out of there!..Run as fast as you can away from that place

Sandra was amazing here we come in and check in through a tablet and while we wait for about ten minutes Sandra comes and thanks everyone for being here and waiting patiently. Then I go to get my blood taken and she comes and introduces herself thanking me for coming and tells me everything from sanitizing her hands to labeling my blood bottles. Shes very very friendly and this is the best experience I had while getting my blood taken she makes sure youre doing okay and is funny as well

They called us back quick, but the people working there are SO RUDE and so unprofessional and all over the place. My daughter clearly had anxiety about having to have blood drawn and they didnt even care, didnt tell her when they were about to do it or anything. Barely even spoke to us! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

I registered for a drug-screen test and they emailed me saying "please call ahead to confirm drug testing hours at the selected clinic" Ive tried calling more than 30 times and no one picked up. Why tell us to call ahead if youre not gonna pick up the phone?

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! And they NEVER answer the phone. They had guests waiting for hours. No one is committed to the receptionist desk. I literally had to yell to get someones attention behind the glass window.

I sometimes walk in, sometimes have an appointment. Either way always seen in a timely manner by friendly, efficient staff. Natasha drew my blood and I didnt even feel the needle! Amazing!

I went to this clinic and it smelled like farts. The lady that took my blood wasnt very attractive. Bring your own oranges because they dont give you any here. I need to walk some more.

This is my first time visiting Quest, I had a very good experience. The clinic was clean, the stuff was friendly and cheerful, the procedure was fast (9 minutes).

Not shown on the webpage, but drug screenings are only from 10 to 4. Lady at the desk said ALL quest labs are the same. Went back next day, very friendly staff.
