When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and people were waiting in line. We waited over 10 minutes and still no employee came to the reception area. Customers were calling out to see if anyone was available; finally, someone opened the door and got an employees attention in the back. Once the person came to the front desk, everything ran smoothly. I understand that things may come up that require you to go to the back area, but Id suggest either a bell/signal to let you know there are customers waiting, or a sign to let customers know youve stepped away to assist a patient. Honestly, some of us wondered if they had gone out for lunch.

The office is small, the staff (2 persons Sandra & Luz) is not friendly at all, no peoples skills. The day I went the system (computer and credit card machine) went down. I went twice the same week and the experience was the same. Awful customer service. I called twice to ask some question and they never answered the phone. A recommendation for labcorp: hire people that likes the job, I understand that is not a pleasant job, but if you are willing to work in that field be nice and polite with the public.

HORRIBLE..!! If you are in the Conroe, Hunstville, etc area DO NOT GO THERE..! The people are ghetto, lets not talk about skills because they LACK ALL. There are two women in the front desk think they are in a hood movie. Disrespectful and idiots that is what they are. All they talk about is their PERSONAL LIFE. My test results were so important to me Now I have to wait another month but I can assure you I WILL NEVER COME HERE..!if it was zero stars I will give them zero.

Went there for a drug test...worst experience ever.The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever encountered in MY LIFE (not exaggerating).She acted like she didnt want to be there,every person that went up to the window and started talking,she I terrupted them rudely and told them to sit down.The other staff had a resting face and just made me feel uncomfortable.They need to hire staff that actually like what they do.

I made an appointment online to get tested for an ailment which I have all the symptoms and reasons to believe I have. The lady at the desk looked at me like a moron and told me I had to have a doctor send me to be tested. Also I have to order a kit from someone else. Apparently they require I pay a doctor to repeat my instructions and a special team of tupperwarehousers before they will sell the service.

I went there for a drug test is taking over a week to get the results back this is bullshit they told me 2 to 3 days its been over a week as it stands right now I still dont have the drug test results back also they dont know how to answer the phone theyre way understaffed when I was in there there was one person and like 6 people in the lobby

Ive been to this location for quarterly blood work 5 or 6 times, always on a Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and efficient. I have had no trouble getting in and have not been kept waiting. I usually have the lab results in 2-3 days, well before my doctor visit. I recommend the Conroe location.

Took my daughter here to have her blood drawn. It was the worst possible place to take her. They stuck her about 25 times and could not get a vein. Even when you could clearly see the vein, they could still not get it. They are obviously terribly trained and terribly skilled.

This is the only Lap Corp that I have had to set and wait for more than 10 minutes... They had computer issues and today of all days Im in a hurry! Been busy all week and tried to do this earlier in the week but wasnt able to.

Wonderful Experience!! Came here because the location in TW could not accommodate a 3 hour Glucose for a week. I scheduled this appt here yesterday. Pregnant with twins and it was easy, friendly environment, overall great!!

One of the worst labcorp labs I have been to. The 2 girls at the front desk are extremely rude, make you wait unnecessarily, never smiled, made faces like they were bored, they were very rude. Never coming back here again!

Ladys were rude. While taking my blood its like they shoved the needles in a ripped them out without care if it even felt like somone was stabbing me in the arm. Dont suggest this place at all

Always a hassle, there seems to be a lack in staff. I have visited this location a handful of times and I have always had the same experience. Poor customer service, rude, and hasty.
