I brought my daughter (3yo) in for some blood tests recommended by her doctor earlier in the day (4/30). The blood was drawn (apparently successfully) using two butterfly sticks in both arms. The phlebomitist told me and my wife that she MIGHT not have enough blood for all the tests. I was told one WEEK later that the only test that was needing to be redrawn was an ESR. I thought this was odd since I draw blood for ESRs on kids daily and all you need is 1ml. But fine. I decided to wait and find out what the other tests said before subjecting my daughter to another 2 pokes. Finally, I have to CALL the MD office for the test results TODAY (4/12). Mind you, I was told the labs would take no longer than one week to turn around. Conveniently, the labs were magically back (I dont know if this was a Doctors office vs Quest problem) And to my surprise, almost NONE of the labs were run due to lack of blood. Now, disregarding the fact that 3 (THREE) large tubes of blood were drawn and somehow was still insufficient, I was either LIED to or there was a gross miscommunication between your staff and myself. I want to make it clear that I am beyond furious regarding this entire experience. I will be escalating this issue and the location should expect a call from me as soon as business is open in the future. I am sure I will need the blood to be redrawn and I am sure you will find a way to charge me again. I will not be recommending this facility to ANYONE in the future and will give appropriate reviews of my experience on all websites and social media forums.

I visited the Rockwall location last week and was thoroughly pleased with my overall experience. The entire staff (three women that I interacted with) was friendly, helpful, attentive, happy and caring. The phlebotomist who worked with me was extremely thorough and even apologized for a mistake the Quest staff in Dallas made which forced me to get a blood redraw. Ensuring all my information was correct so that I wouldnt be further inconvenienced was her top priority. It made it even better that her draw was painless. At some point during my short visit I heard all three women say to me and others that "they bring the sunshine" which I thought was just awesome. I left uplifted and confident that I was in good hands. I would recommend this location and will definitely go back if I need labs performed.

The woman who drew my blood wasnt friendly at all. She was rather rude. She was upset that my doctors office didnt provide the medical codes for my lab work. She kept saying "theyre gonna pay!" Then she said that I may pay because of this! This was for an annual physical and my insurance normally pays for any routine lab work. I went back to my doctors office to tell them how this woman bad-mouthed them and how rude she was.

My lab work at Quest Diagnostics was five times as expensive as similar lab work that a friend of mine had done by their doctor. It was not routine lab work though. I had baseline hormone levels checked including Prolactin, T3, thyroid, testosterone, tsh, cbc & platelet, estradiol, comprehensive metabolic panel. Total bill was over 1100$

Very fast. Not busy. Would have loved a more gentle release of the needle, but I think the previous drawing of blood person was extra nice to me =)

They dont do drug tests here. And they dont bother to tell you until after you wait.
