Not impressed. There is never anyone there at the front desk there to help or check you in. You wait and wait and wait. Theres one female there who is rude, short and not helpful. The first time I went to drop off a sample. Because I didnt see there was a box to check for drop-offs, I sat there waiting 1 hour with a cooler on my lap. Not 1 person working there said a word. Then, because someone in their lab screwed up the test, I had to re-do it. When I went to drop off another sample, I met the same person who rudely questioned me. She was not at all helpful and very accusatory. Next time, Ill be visiting LabCorp that is just around the corner.

Not bad. My appt was at 9:45, I came in 9:30 and they had me go in 9:35, which was only a 5 minute wait. Employees are nice and its a fast service but wish they had water to offer.

Everyone was super nice. No wait. The lady who took my blood knew I hated needles so she tried to get my mind on something else. Everything went smoothly.
