Made appt for my daughter gave them all info and had an appt for 3pm. When we arrived they said my daughter was not in the system and tried to shu her away. I explained I called to mk appt which they confirmed was with Christina at 3. She said there was no one that worked here with that name. (Not true) I confirmed the number I called and even explained they looked up my personal information. So she was very put off by me and was quite nasty! Never apologized until I called her on it. Even then she said she was sorry someone else made a mistake.. Bottom line very bad customer service. You work there you own it! She then gave me a 3:30 appt with someone else. Still waiting at 3:45!

I had a great experience. They were able to schedule my new patient appointment within a couple of days. The wait time did not take very long at all. I saw Dr. Christina Trang which is young but was really sweet and took time to really get an understanding of my medical history and current symptoms. The staff is great and were really nice to my 4 year old. I will continue going.

Dr.abbot strung me along for 2 years telling me all the things I had to do to get a weight loss surgery. After 2 years he gives a bullshit excuse why he wont do it. To hell with Dr.abbot

If your going to the one in rockwall, be prepared to have athe least a 2 hour window of nothing to do.. It ALWAYS takes them at least 30 minutes past your apt time to call you back.
