This man does not know what he is doing, plus he violated my privacy while in the hospital. I know a good doctor when I see one. I will not see him again. He is less than knowledgeable and will not listen to the patient. If I could give him 0 stars I would. I spent 2 days in the hospital with fever and other symptoms. The ER at Baylor in Sunnyvale was great. Got my fever down and admitted me due to my extensive medical history. Dr Benjamin, upon my arrival in the hospital, changed my treatment and gave me an antibiotic that I told him is no longer effective on me. Of course I immediately got worse. He came in and began to tell everyone in my hospital room about my case without my permission. I signed a privacy agreement in his office. He never changed antibiotics and sent me home and I continue to run fevers every night. He said, "everyone has fever". Well I normally dont. Never tried to find a solution. Do not use this doctor.

I have been going to him for high blood pressure medication. He made a big deal about how dangerous it is to stop taking the meds, which were working. After seeing him twice, I called and told his receptionist that I was now unemployed with no insurance. There are no funds for me to pay for a doctors visit. I asked if he would renew the prescription for me without a doctors visit. Thats all I was going for anyway. He had his receptionist tell me, "I understand your problem, but I cant do that without a visit." All he had to do was click his mouse to keep me from being at risk of stroke that can be caused from high blood pressure. The pharmacy had already sent him the request, but he denied it. I am not asking for narcotics! Its all about money. If you have it, they will help you. If not, you might as well stroke out. I will never go to him again.

Dr. Jense Benjamin and his Wife Dr. Junitha Benjamin are so wonderful. They take the time to listen to you. They evaluate everything you tell them to assist you. They work with you to ensure that you get the proper care. I recommend to all my friends and family Dr. Benjamin because I trust him. They have been my PCP and OBGYN for more than 10 years. They are super smart and know medicine. Dr. Jense Benjamin listens to your concerns and will find help if he is not able to.

There are obviously shady business practices happening here. Dr. Benjamin is the kind of doctor that gives the health industry the reputation of being full of crooks. They tried to over charge me and my insurance. Their office looks and smells disgusting. Total Quack Shack.

Dr benjamin and wife are the worst "doctors" I have ever seen. Would not refer a dog to them. Rude and refuse to tend to any patients needs. Weeks to get results if at all and their degrees are from India and not worth paper printed on.

I has been 8 days since my wife visited this doctor, I have made no less than 3 calls and the pharmacy has made at least as many requests for medications he prescribed , we still have not gotten a prescription.
