From my experience, The staff at Dr. Penas office is very rude and unprofessional. They will transfer your call to avoid you. They will say they are going to return your calls and never do. Office Manager Maria is not a woman of her word and says she will do her job and not do it. It will take her Months and months after your request to get information you need. The staff will work as a team to lie to you and give you the run around and say Maria will return your call and she will not return it. This office deserves 0 stars. Dr. Pena may be a great doctor but his staff is ridiculous and he should consider hiring new staff or at least a new office manager. And that one star is only because i could not post a review without picking a star. Now i will wait for my records from Maria that i have requested and been waiting for since January of 2016 and it is now end of July.............

Service is not good. Theyre are rude and dont listen. I specifically told a nurse to send a prescription to a certain Walmart and she sent it to another, and I have been waiting at the clinic for 2 hours just to get seen and after all all they did was send my prescription without myself even speaking to the doctor. I am switching family doctors.

Good doctors waiting just be early on Saturday s they take walk in. So they open at 7:30am you better be there by 6:45 to be one of the first or you will be there long time. I usually get there around 6:40 and will be the first or 2nd person and will be out by 9:00.
