I have only had 3 appointments with Pang, and only one did I see the actual doctor which was good because I didnt like him. His assistant was very nice and very caring. As much as I liked the assistant, the staff there is rude and the girl at the front desk is incompetent. I had and appointment today at 9:15AM and was there before my appointment, signed in, the girl asked me what time it was, I told her my name and that it was at 9:15. I then sat down in the incredibly uncomfortable waiting area with a TV blasting in my ear about every sickness and problem known to man until 10:25 when my daughter got tired of seeing people we knew came in after me get called back. She went up to the desk, asked the girl if he was behind (a gentleman that was already seated before us said he wrote his name down and was waiting 40 minutes because the girl didnt note that he was there) and she said no. My daughter asked why these other people were called back but I wasnt and she looked at her chart and asked my daughter if I was a walk in! She said no and that I had a 9:15 appointment for weeks. She said that I wasnt listed as having an appointment today (I wish I had taken my appointment card that THEY gave me with, but didnt think I would need it for proof) and I completely lost it! I was there to be seen and get another refill of a benzo that I take for anxiety, but now I am at home and I get to go through withdrawal because I already didnt feel good for that hour and 15 minutes that I sat there and wasnt going to sit and wait like a walk in for hours on end. I am SO beyond angry you have no clue! I will never go back to that office. I am ONLY giving this a 2 star because of Pangs assistant that always good to me.

Dr. Pang is absolutely the best!!!!! Very attentive, and cares about his patients and their medical needs ......HOWEVER, his staff...or should I say his scheduler is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Talking about hating a job , clearly she does! Every time I attempt to call I pray that I dont get her, she is rude, her customer service skills are awful, condescending, anything bad you can think of, she is!!!! Im not exaggerating . If he could get rid of that stank attitude woman, the office would be 4-5 star rating office.

My son and I have gone to the Pang clinic for quite a while, we saw Dr. Jesse who was amazing throe and kind and after he left it seems the service went with him. I feel like the clinics in and around the Mesquite area have poor customer service towards the medicaid/CHIP patients. Its very unfortunate and I hope they can see us as quality patients vs free loaders..

I love Dr. Pang but rarely get to see him. But the other doctor/nurse are great too. Just hate to call there, the receptionist is so rude!!!! When I leave messages for the nurse to call me, never get a return call, I have to call back 3 or 4 times. Everything else has been great!

I LOVE the nurse practitioner! She sat with me and thoroughly went over my medical history and she really listened! Im switching all of my children over to this family clinic. Plus, they do allergy testing right there in the same office and Jessica is awesome and so sweet!

I love my dr here. Her name is Sarah. This is by far the most thorough and caring Drs office Ive been to in my life, and Ive had a lot. I would recommend them to all my friends and family in a heartbeat.

Called the office while I was on vacation with an emergency of food poisoning and nobody ever returned my call after I was told they would have the Dr review and contact me. I am very disappointed.
