Maybe it was just me and because my mom was very sick but I think this pffice is very unprofessional. The day before my mom went in for a visit, we asked if Dr. Tuan Trinh worked here, a receptionist told us he does because our primary doctor is him. When we actually came in for a visit, she said that he didnt work here and she didnt know where his office was at, she told us some insurance is just under his name but he doesnt work here. So okay, I thought maybe its Because of how the insurance works, so I let it go. This office is walk-in based and no appointment required, so of course youre going to have to wait a long time. When we actually went it and the one of the girls did the triage but she was just so FREAKING RUDE and COLD as hell. She was entering my moms medications into the chart and when she gave the bottles back to my mom she was putting them down so hard that i thought was going to break the desk. So I thought to myself she just looked like she didnt want to be there! I didnt say it out loud becaue it was 8:30 pm and my mom hasnt been feeling well for days so she needed to be seen. But I mean, I know its late but youre providing the services to the patients, so at least smile a little, say "Please". And you cant just throw stuff at the patients! I do not recommend this place. I will tell my mom to change the insurance as well.

A nadie le recomiendo ir a este lugar, es pesimo en todos los aspectos y lo peor de todo esqe cobran mas de lo qe debe ser y hacen esperar mucho tiempo para qe te atiendan. Lleve a un familiar a que le pusieran una inyeccion y nos isieron esperar casi 2 horas y no entiendo porqe, las enfermeras mui perezosas no les importa tener a gente esperando y ellas se van a las tiendas o a fumarse los cigareos y hablar por telefono, de verdad qe es mui mala experiencia venir aqui, las clinicas publicas te atienden mas rapido.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. Everyone acts like theyre in a hurry to go somewhere but there was hardly anyone here. After waiting two hours they say they recommend 7 medications and a shot for allergies that they didnt even do any tests on. Doctor wouldnt let me talk and didnt ask any questions.. then prescribe random medication that have nothing to do with my sickness. Also I asked for a pregnancy test by blood and they said I would have to wait a week for results. Youre just a number here they just want you to spend as much as possible and get out. They dont care about your health or tale the time to explain anything to you. I will never be back.

Es mi clinica favorita, q a veces se tarden un poco es normal,siempre una vuelta al doctor toma tiempo,cualquier hospital q vaya uno, alli si nada q decir, a esperar u esperar y esperar, y al tiempo los cobros llegan bien chonchitos

El lugar esta muy cochino y se tardan 3 hrs para poder pasarte a un cuarto todas tienen una actitud horrible no entiendo x se tardan hrs para llamarte si cuando la dr te mira se tarda segundos para checarte ni si kiera te deja hablar

Very unprofessional. The girls upfront did have an attitude towards certain customers but luckily not with us which is why we stayed. I Went in with my husband to get my pregnancy confirmed & we asked for the confirmation papers since we planned on applying for medicaid & Dr RHONDA GELBAR had the audacity to say and I quote "well you shouldnt of had a baby if you need to apply for medicaid." & walked away laughing. Take your money else where if you can.

I would give this place 0 for rude customer service,lack of information with my lab results. It took me 2 hours and only 4 people was outside. The front desk looked like they never showered and were very rude , the nurses were ok and the doctor some of the nurses sometimes had attitudes. Never knew health service would hire anyone who had this kind of attitude. Doctors were the only nice ones. I have not returned since.

Rude staff, from the front desk to half of the nurses. They also, want you to come back for minimum things to charge your insurance. The doctor isnt concern with your well being, he doesnt even spend at least 5 minutes explaining your health, you spend more time on waiting. Your just another number here. Hate this place

Front desk staff dont even say Hi or ask how can they help they just stare at you. They are so rude when they answer any questions. I called when i was on my way to clinic not even 5 min and no answer i get to clinic and the staff is just chit chatting and theie is not one client in there!

This place is a whole in the wall! They get the job done! I took my son here when I was a broke college student and they always took care of him! The emergency room at Baylor would had cost me the double with incompetent Doctors assistants seem me!

Dont bother, no real doctors on site, just a PA without a basic understanding or respect for other medical professionals. So professional himself that he rolls his eyes and stomps around when questioned.

Rude front desk receptionist, MA or nurse was a rude smart-ass, too. Too long a wait time, and once I got into the room I still had to wait. Very dirty place, doesnt even seem professional or sanitary.

Loved it. All the people complaining act like other people dont have a job to do. No one was rude to me whatsoever. There were alot of people and it didnt take that long for me.

Went to them for 10 years....horrible place. The antibiotic shot they give in 2 parts can be given in 1. Also im allergic to it and kept insisting i take it.
