Waited approx 1 hr after appointment time in waiting area, then placed in an examination room where I waited for another 10 minutes. Not a single staff nor doctor apologized for the wait. Dr. was condescending in manner in which he delivered my test results to me and was overly rough while determining my range of motion. I will not be returning to this office and I wouldn’t ever recommend him.

Memory Care Nurse

I had a very unfortunate experience of inadequate assistance on administrative and customer care needs leading to my scheduled surgery. Dr. Petersons reception to me was reassuring and resourceful but an overall satisfactory experience fell through the cracks somewhere in his support group. I cancelled the appointment on the hour before the procedure, with much disappointment.

Dont bother to contact them if you have Medicare. I pointed out that I have excellent backup private insurance but was told that Medicare cases are "considered" and I would be contacted - I never was. Dont bother to make this contact if you are Medicare.
