My husband surprised me with a massage from Aesthetica and I was so excited due to the fact this was a medical spa and I assumed that it would be one of the best massages I have ever had. Sadly, I could not have been more disappointed, this was the WORST massage I have ever received. First off, the environment for a massage was far from relaxing. The lighting in the room was super bright, there was a loud clock that ticked the entire time, the walls/door are paper thin so you could hear every conversation outside the room, and the massage therapists phone went off not once, but 3 times (once on loud, and the other two times on vibrate)! Secondly, my 55 minute massage was 42 minutes, the annoying clock made it easy to check. The massage consisted of 15 minutes spent on my head (at one point I am convinced the massage therapist fell asleep), 8 minutes total on my back/arms/legs, and the rest of the time on my feet. I could have gotten a pedicure for less money and gotten my toes painted in the process. I did mention my experience to the girls at the front desk as I was leaving and they didnt seem to care, they simply signed me out and sent me on my way. I would strongly suggest you find anyplace else to get a massage, I may suggest finding a creepy guy who does massages in his basement on KSL as you will have better luck.

I was with simplicity laser, but had the most ugly experience ever so I canceled my contract. I found Aesthetica medical spa on Groupon, and on my day off I decided to go check it out. Honestly I was impressed by everything, starting from the environment, the clinic is very clean, the customer service is fantastic, they are friendly, professional, always smiling and are willing to work with you when it comes to time. On like simplicity when you are given a paper towel to cover yourself, here I was given an actual towel, I felt so comfortable, on like simplicity where different people treat you every appointment, here its the same person treating you, so you dont have to worry about having to see a different face every time, its easy to get used to one person treating you than having multiple people. They are accurate too with time. And again, with simplicity I was doing the full body laser treatment, and I would have 2 appointment, but aesthetica treats me in one appointment and over all its way cheaper than simplicity laser, plus overall I have seen better results. I only only wish I found them ontime I wouldnt have washed my time and money with simplicity laser. I highly recommend, I love them and I appreciate your good work, and I know it will only get better.

Look, I have to be honest here. I had no problem with the people working there, they were all nice and professional. My problem was with the treatments. I had six laser removal treatments through Aesthetica and my hair is still growing in... Now to be fair, before I even started, they told me that it wasnt guaranteed to remove the hair... ok well, I guess its good that they told me up front that what they were going to do wasnt going to work... right? Why do they call it laser hair REMOVAL if it doesnt get rid of the hair? Maybe its a money scheme because they told me after I finished my sixth treatment that I could come back for a measly $40 per touch up. My whole problem is I took the time to go six times, get the treatment six times, and still have hair coming back. The area that was treated really wasnt even that thick either so its definitely very disappointing.

Trust me, I went a lot of places and tried everything out there before finding Aesthetica. And they could see me after work! Katherine at Aesthetica is the only person who successfully cured my melasma. If you suffer with it... dont waste a dime on another place or other products.

I lost over 100 pounds and decided to have a tummy tuck and liposuction. It was the best thing I ever did! I went to see 6 surgeons and Dr. Crofts was my #1 choice by far!!!! He spent a lot of time with me explaining what he would do and answering my questions. When I went into surgery I knew what to expect! After surgery I could totally see a difference. Dr Crofts did an amazing job and has the best bedside manner Ive ever seen in a doctor!!! He and the staff have been there for me every step of the way. They are all so caring! I am 3 weeks out and feel great! Also look great! Dr. Crofts has given me my confidence back!!! I will totally recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you Dr. Crofts

Dr. Crofts did a tummy tuck, breast reduction and lift, and liposuction on my back. He did a great job and I am pleased with the results and the care of his staff. The nursing staff have been helpful in in the healing process and answering any questions or concerns I have had. I received a post surgical massage from Leah which was great and and helped free up the soreness and swelling on my back. I also received a free microderm procedure on my face that left me feeling pampered. Everyone at Dr. Crofts office and Aesthetica have been kind and helped me be at ease.I would recommend Dr. Crofts and the services offered to anyone. Sincerely, Ruby Ramkissoon

BEWARE! After calling, having a live consultation, and prepaying for laser hair removal on their promotion- I went in for my appointment and they wanted me to pay an additional 50% "because they raised their fees since then"! They fired Toni (who was the only one knowledgeable and kind) and said since they fired the person who helped me they didnt have to honor my appointment or my payment! They wanted me to pay more IN ORDER TO USE THE MONEY I HAD ALREADY PAID! Horrible treatment of clients. The new manager has a "whats in it for me" attitude that will end up being very bad for customers. So BEFORE they take your money- RUN !!!

Being only 19 and losing about 50 lbs made my body look amazing, but made my breasts completely sagged. This ruined my self confidence, so I sought out for a solution. My best friend saw Dr.Crofts for the same problem, and her results amazing. I knew from day 1 the only doctor I needed to see was Dr. Crofts. I called and set up a consultation, which was amazing! The staff is so friendly and there to answer all questions, and he explained the deformity with my breasts and how to fix them. Im one week post op from a augmentation and lift and all I can say is Thank you. I have my life back, and the results exceeded my expectations 110%.
