I have been going to Snow Creek Clinic for the past 9 years. My first experience with the clinic was when my 15 year old son suffered a severe injury after a mountain bike accident. His arm, below the elbow was hanging off at a 90 degree angle, and he was in a great deal of pain. The physician on duty that day quickly stabilized his arm and addressed his pain. The Orthopedic Surgeon on Call arrived quickly and worked quickly to further stabilize his arm, and scheduled him for surgery the next day. I use Snow Creek Clinic on and off and I can attest to their wonderful service. A few months ago I sustained an injury to my forehead, resulting in 27 sutures. Philip Bowman was on duty that evening, and he sutured my forehead injury very carefully. He was very kind and compassionate during the procedure and did a great job on my injury, and he ensured that my pain levels were acceptable during the procedure. As a result, I do not have a visible scar. Philip has also dealt with some of my children and he is a very caring individual. A few days ago i had to visit Snow Creek Clinic as my current Primary Care Physician was booked out to mid - May. Jennifer Knight took care of me, and once again, I was impressed with the staff and Jennifers caring and professional attitude. In closing, I would recommend this clinic to everyone, the staff do a fantastic job and they will take care of you quickly, theres usually no more than a five minute wait.

Great care providers with friendly and knowledgeable staff members. I tore my AC ligament landing on my shoulder after a failed jump. Jennifer (the nurse who helped me) was very nice and accommodating with information she provided to help my injury. They took X-rays on the spot and processed them instantly. Also sent them out to a radiologist and within minutes got a report back! She also gave me a prescription that was quickly filled next door so that I could get some relief of the pain. Fearful of having to get surgery her and the staff gave me hope and inspired me that its a pretty common injury in those parts and in few cases you have to get cut to fix it. Warm welcomes, friendly and accommodating staff, and gives inspiration to patients to put their fears at ease. More than what you could ask for in a typical care provider office.

This place is the WORST!!! I went in to see if I had strep throat. And possibly my little One who is 6. The guy came in as if he was mad or very frustrated and hated his job. He was so rude. He was the Family Nurse Practitioner. His name is Phillip Bownan. He needs to get out of the profession. He obviously hates it. When my husband walked in, I told him how rude this guy was. I said it loud enough to where I am sure he herd me. This is not the last of it just posting a review. I will be calling on Monday to speak with someone that is way over him. Just a warning. I would not go to this place, especially with children. He was so mad and mean I told him he would not be touching my child. I could go on. But I think I made my point.

Wow, what a horrible experience. We were told to come in and would likely be seen in half an hour. When we got in, only one other person was ahead of us. That person got called back and later came out after being seen. We sat around again for another half hour. After 90 minutes, we finally left and went to the walk-in care facility in Heber. We should have done that from the beginning. The worst part is we were THE ONLY ONES IN THERE! Couldnt they give us an update or anything? ? Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place.

Ive been a patient at Snow Creek Medical Center for over 6 years now. Im so impressed with their knowledgeable and professional staff members. They even bill my insurance for me. If youre sick on a weekend or experiencing an emergency, this is the place to go! Theyve taken care of all my aches and pains over the years and way cheaper than going to the ER. This is the place to go in Park City! My family drives over an hour to see them because of their walk-in policy.

I didnt have confidence in the medical staff, Dr. seemed awkward. Bonanza clinic was busy so we decided to give snow creek a try but our wait at snow creek was so long I almost left to go back to Bonanza AND there were no NO other patients in the office... it took sooooo long... I wondered why they didnt send us back to Dr. while they put info into their computer... Seriously Not ONE other patient was in the office...

What a joke, they tell me its going to be $191 for 1 staple. My kid had a hole in his head from the car door. I was thinking that is pretty steep but I paid it. Then I get a bill in the mail for an additional $242. You got to be freaking kidding me. So I call the billing department they tell me there is nothing I can do about it but right a letter of appeal. Seriously do not go to this place. What a headache.

A post below states be prepared to pay a lot. Well this is an understatement. My son was brought in for a thumb fracture. 45 minutes later we left, told to see an ortho specialist. His treatment here involved a physician visit, x-ray and a temp gauze bandage. Cost $742 for which Blue Cross knocked it down to $481. Other than the assessment and x-ray, nothing was really provided.

This medical clinic has a staff that is very knowledgeable and showed great concern for my family. I would recommend it to anyone looking for help in Park City area. I hate hospital settings and this place didnt make me feel at all that way.

be prepared to pay a lot. They do not bill your insurance and visits START at 193.00. Absolutely ridiculous. Its very clear why it was like a ghost town in there. Do yourself a favor and go a mile or two down the road to a different place.

As the owner of a local assisted living center we use Snow Creek often. They have a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and very attentive. In all of our visits they were very fast and the care given was right on.
