Thought we would give this place a try due to other Urgent Care facilities in area being so busy on the weekend. Waiting room was empty so was in and out with daughters ear infection in 10 minutes. Was fairly happy with service until we received the BILL. 317.00 dollars for an ear infection!! No labs, no xrays. This was just a quick exam. And since my daughter had very specific ear pain, it did not take much digging to find out what was wrong with her. Part of the high cost was due to it being a weekend and her being a new patient. When you are an Urgent Care I DONT believe there should be an extra charge for "outside of normal business hours". I can now understand why there was nobody in the waiting room.

I went in for an anxiety attack and migraine. I checked in and was taken back shortly thereafter. The PA came in and thought I was having chest pain. I informed her of what was going on. After they were done treating me she told me that I need to just get over my panic attack and stop seeking medication and they dont prescribe anything for it. She said I would be banned from the practice if I ever came back and said I had chest pain to get seen faster. She was so rude to me during the visit and I didnt know why. I would not recommend going to them. They are very rude and unprofessional. Carla the PA is a terrible person to go to for medical help.

Im upset because the zip clinic told me to come in the next day for a "free checkup" then sent me a bill a month later . Im not sure if it was miscommunication but in furious because it seems all hospitals/ clinics only care about money instead of the health of their patients . For warning DONT DO THE FREE CHEACKUP ITS A LIE!

Always a good experience here, minimal wait times and pleasant people all the way around. From the receptionists to the nurses and providers present, Ive never had a poor experience. Theyre always patient and understanding which is outstanding since no one ever comes there because theyre having a good day.

Ive had three, at least, visits in the past year or so. Accidents and pneumonia, and I cant say enough good things about them. They are always quick to see you and easy to communicate with. Very compassionate and thoughtful. So glad this clinic is nearby for me and my active family!

These people were great. I was here on vacation and had a problem. They took me in quickly. Cared for me prescribed antibiotics and was on my way. The prices were vary reasonable and everyone that worked there were vary curious and knolagable. I wish they were in my home town.

My experience was great. I had hurt my wrist they took xrays just to make sure it wasnt broke. Luckly it was sprained. They put a brace on it. I would recommend the Zip Clinic to all my friends. They were excellent. Thank you so much.
