I will never return here. My original encounter with Dr. Maynard Olsen went well for a general checkup, however things went south when I really needed his help. I came in with a swollen eye & he fell through. He insisted the swelling was because of allergies, ignoring my protests that I had never experienced allergies in my life, and had not changed anything in my lifestyle that would produce such a reaction. Nevertheless he sent me off and suggested I buy some general allergy medication. A week went by and my other eye began to swell shut, I rescheduled an appointment, this time luckily with a different doctor (Scott Peterson) who correctly diagnosed me with cellulitious, blepharitis, stye & ear infection. I could have gone blind without the antibiotic Dr. Peterson correctly prescribed. Now a few months later I need help again with stomach pain. I attempted to make an appointment with Dr. Peterson when what do you know, they want me to stick with Dr. Olsen. I will never return and put my health in the hands of this facility if they insist I be paired with a doctor who could have diagnosed me correctly if he had only listened YET HAD NOT. Happy doctor hunting somewhere else.

I went in since Id been having bladder issues for 2 weeks and I was worried because I have a kidney stone and it was really uncomfortable. I was concerned it was blocking somewhere and causing these issues. I knew I didnt have an infection since I had that checked 2 other times, but I knew theyd obviously check again when I went in. They did a urine sample and said I didnt have one (which I knew) and then Dr. Carn felt around for a minute on my back and stomach and said he was pretty sure I had passed the stone. He had no basis for saying that, and all he said was to take some AZO for 3-4 more days and then see if I still had the symptoms. AZO only relieves UTI symptoms, which I didnt have, so I ended up calling a Urologist the next day. I went in there and of course, the stone was definitely still there. So now Im set up for surgery in 2 weeks if it doesnt come out on its own. The way he just dismissed what was happening was very frustrating. Especially since I had already been to Instacare before and really needed some answers. I will definitely not be going back there, and Im not happy about the bill Im sure Ill be getting.

My Dr (Scott Peterson) is incredible! I cant say enough awesome things about him!! His MA Jenn is awesome too! However, if I didnt love them so much I would have left Wasatch Medical ages ago because I cant stand the front desk personnel. Jo and Luisa are the most incompetent, rude, and least accommodating staff I have ever met. I truly believe having those two in office is hurting the business.

Occasionally they were a little backed up, but my wife loved the treatment there while she was pregnant with our first son.

Dr. and nurses were thorough and listened. Only complaint is that it took over an hour to see anyone.
