They were great just a few years ago, then they wanted to make more money. We all need to check if we are really appropriately charged. In my particular case it was a simple problem. This facility is related to the Chandler Hospital. Its actually the Urgent Care, but they charge as an Emergency Room. Thats why the charges are several times higher than should be. If you point them to this problem they will start telling nonsense like this is your insurance company made a mistake, etc. I finally contacted them directly after probably 5 phone calls to each direction and they had to figure out that I will not pay for their stingy mistake. But people be warned. Also you will need to pay a lot for just a Tylenol, thats for sure. The doctor... He was so scared when he heard my caught, that prefered to disappear after he said a few words in the opposite corner of the room. Very sad for them and weird impression! And finally - the position on the map is incorrect. The facilty is located a little bit to the north from the red sigh. What really was interesting is that last time I came to them about a year ago asking to run a quick test for a throat. Nothing serious, just a redness for over a week - very unusual. I mentioned several times that I dont have any pain. But in the very end, after I found that there is no any infection, I got a prescription with Vicodin. Why??? I refused to accept it of course. Maybe the doctor needed that to show how important his work is and how complicated my case is!? No idea. But a few hundreds of dollars just to test the throat sounds like a terrible overpricing. I didnt come to test my weight or blood pressure/pulse. All I wanted it one lab test. Will I come to them again? Never! And, btw, if I correctly remember the doctor name - it was Goldfarb.

I recently visited this urgent care on a Friday morning because my pcp was booked out for almost 3 weeks and I had been suffering from a severe cold and chest congestion for several days. The wait time was less than 30 minutes, with my overall visit under an hour and a half, and the front staff and dr were all very helpful and friendly! After going over my symptoms and vitals, the Dr had me get a chest xray done on site to check for pneumonia. While waiting for him to look them over a nurse gave me some steroids and a breathing treatment as well as grahm crackers and juice. She had warned me that it may upset my stomach and happily gave me some extras because I have a sensitive stomach. Shortly after, the Dr returned and told me that my lungs were clear and that if my symptoms continue to check back with my pcp after the weekend. Later that dayand the next morning Id received several missed phone calls and messages from the office saying that I needed to call back concerning my xray. When I had left, the Dr further reviewed my xray and discovered a small amount of fluid that was previously missed and he immediately called in some antibiotics to my local pharmacy. I am extremely greatful that he double checked because after I had left I felt like I should have asked for some antibiotics even though I didnt have a fever. Overall I am really happy with my experience here at the gilbert urgent care and am starting to feel much better! Thank you again to all the staff that served me! I will definitely be back!

Ive been to this urgent care several times and always had a good experience until this visit. Ive been suffering with a migraine for five days and my regular doctor was booked until after the holidays. The nurses and other staff were amazing, treating me with kindness and respect, speaking quietly, even lowering lights to help ease my pain. The doctor on the other hand was terrible. Dr. Goldfarb treated me like he didnt believe me, dismissing the extent of my pain. He seemed more concerned with treating the nausea that accompanies the migraine than helping me treat the pain. I was given a anti-nausea medication and a shot of a pain killer described to me as "ibuprofen-like" that did nothing. I was allowed to lie in a dark room for less than ten minutes before the doctor came in and told me I was just going to have to "wait it out" and I should "lay in a dark room with a warm washcloth over my eyes." Wow, thanks doctor, did they teach you that in medical school? I was sent home with a prescription for anti-nausea medication (forget the pain, treat that nausea though) and a "hope you feel better by Christmas." I was not offered any of the medication known to treat migraines, medications Ive taken before that have helped, but given a worthless shot of a strong version of ibuprofen I could have taken over the counter. Very disappointed in my visit to this urgent care, especially considering the quality of service Ive received in the past. Should I ever return, I will not allow Dr. Goldfarb to treat me.

Im in here right now and I tel the nurse I cant swallow pills because Im in an EXTREME amount of pain, my neck is hurting from work (I build Vaults).. what does she bring me? Pills that I told her I do not want. Shes rushing me, and being short and entirely rude.. Im currently here now, if you are thinking about coming here.. wait til shes off. You will receive the worost care and you WILL fee alienated, almost as if youre "faking it"... her name is Lauren.. disregards everything you say. Does not care and is not Thurough... entirely ruined my experience and this is why I dont go to these kinds of places.. they do not have any regards for you. This is bullshit. Such a disappointment to walk into an establishment Expecting great care only to be met by an overweight sloth who hates her job.

Worst place ever. I went in to get a check up because I had stomach flu like symptoms . They told me that I had a sinus infection and gave me medicine for it . Four days later, my throat was still aggressively hurting, so I checked the back of my throat and saw that I had strep . I called them immediately to see if the medicine they gave me would help with my strep throat, they said that it would and it never did. Now Im missing more work and I had to go to another doctor and they told me that that the zebra pack doesnt help fight strep throat. Never going back there. It was a waist of my time and money.

DO NOT come here!! The front staff and nurses were amazing, but the doctor was a waste of my time!! Blew out my knee (twice the size of the other) and all he did was X-ray and tell me the bones look good. My pain level is a 7-8 and all he said was ... "Tylenol". Really?!!! He didnt even wrap or brace it!! Again... dont waste your money here. He even belched in my face without even saying "excuse me". Disgusting! I cant wait to see how much he charged for absolutely nothing. If it werent for the ladies here- I would have given a zero.

I have been to this Urgent Care twice now and both times have been exceptional. I used the "InQuicker" option to make an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. The nurse took her time to check my vitals and ask questions, then I was taken back to an exam room. The physician was very thorough and explained what was going on with me and also explained the treatment going forward. Great experience and great people working there. Really caring individuals who take the time to listen. I will definitely go back.
