I called to say I was going to be 10 minutes late, (I was down the street) when the receptionist said they would have to cancel me. I called back after a couple of confused minutes to ask about the policy. A kind woman, Desiree answered the phone and said, "sure, come in!" When I got there she sadly said that her office manager, Charmaine, insisted I be cancelled. Although I pleaded to the manager that I had made this appointment 3 weeks prior and was only going to be 10 minutes late when I was given false information (the policy states they can cancel after 15 minutes) she denied me. When the doctors office is running late, you just have to tough it out. 10 minutes late on my part and I get the boot!

Just got insurance. Used to pay $75 a visit at the old uninsured clinic. Got here, saw the brass Plaque of "Maricopa County Department of Health" out front. I shouldve walked away then. I left 3 hours later. Over 2 hours waiting, in a busy hallway, dirty fingerprints the best thing to look at, on a nice hard bench. I suppose the wire-mesh filled windows from 6 to 8 on the walls was another clue. They sent me a bill for near $700 for a VERY basic visit. After a $20 copay, and another $55 over billing charges I got to be humiliated for 3 hours, miss those wages and pay the same $75. Stay away. And if you dont pay within 2 weeks, automated collections calls multiple times a day.

Every time I come in I wait for about an hour, then when they finally see me, they hurry to get me out. They have also told the father of my baby, twice, that he has to wait in the waiting room. The people at the front are usually very nice, but the drs and nurses are something else. I strongly dislike this place and if I were you Id recommend somewhere else.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Waiting times outrageous. Waiting area is like a DMV. I had labs done and they never called me with the results, in fact, the Dr. had not even looked at the results until I went back for my follow up over a month later.

Excellent physicians office. Staff is courteous and professional. Michelle Brown is a great nurse practitioner, very personable and knowledgeable. The only negative experience Ive had is having to wait a couple weeks for appointments. Thanks!

1/23/2010 just called their info line, they are still in operation. The main entrance is off of 1st Avenue. The previous reviewer apparently was not at this clinic address.
