I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Severn at 4 pm. The entire staff made it very apparent that they were in a rush to get out of the office, and my care was not a priority that late in the afternoon. The Dr. was not listening to my concerns, or the measures I had taken previously to solve my health issue. He continually asked questions that I had already answered. He GOOGLED my condition and simply read the facts off the screen. I chose to see a different Dr. and wanted my lab results sent to my new doctor. I could not get any one at Zenith to even answer the phone, let alone return my call. Working in healthcare myself, I understand that the phones are busy, but checking the voicemail and returning a call is not that hard. I also understand being ready to go home at the end of the day, but it was not my fault there was a 4:00 appointment available. If you dont want to work late, dont have late appointments. I will not be returning to this office.

My husband was sick and we thought it might be strep throat. We have a really high deductible insurance plan, so I called in ahead of time to find out what it would cost for him to be seen by the doctor and get a strep test done. They quoted me a price that seemed reasonable, so he went in and paid for the visit up front. When he came home with the receipt, the difference was almost $30 dollars MORE. I called the finance office, thinking they had forgotten to apply the discount for paying at the time of the visit, but I was told that the pricing is based upon what the doctor decides to code the visit as when the patient comes in. This is ridiculous. I dont know of any other profession where someone can decide to charge more than quoted...just because they feel like it. Im giving 3 stars because their service is fine. They just need to be more honest with their pricing.

Im really frustrated with the experiences Ive had at this clinic. Ive seen quite a few different doctors and they are all so rude to me and dont really listen to what Im saying or make sure I leave happy and like I didnt just waste my hard earned money on a visit. I honestly feel like they really dont care and youre just a number. The staff always seems so condescending as well. No one really seems to like working there or taking care of their patients. They are always behind by 30 minutes to an hour. They arent very apologetic of it either. Its like youre supposed to just expect for things to be behind and youre a jerk if it causes a problem with your schedule and you ask how long it will be. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and say maybe theyre just having a bad day. Theyre always having a bad day! I will not be returning to this office ever again.

The doctors here are amazing, however the staff appear to be incompetent. Every time I have needed something authorized by my medical insurance it has taken multiple phone calls to get it fixed and pushed through, which has never happened with any other doctor I or my family have seen. Also, they rarely follow up in a timely manner with lab results and I have had to continue to call to find out what the results of tests or imaging were. It is also impossible to get in touch with an MA or nurse. You always have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. If bedside manner of the doctor alone is more important to you than anything, then this may be the place for you. But if you hate insurance headaches and having to follow up constantly, or dont want to deal with the bad staff in between seeing that doctor, then you may want to go somewhere else.

I havent been to a doctor in several years, then a few months ago when I was seeking help quitting smoking, I scheduled an apointment with Dr. Allred because I liked that he was a DO and not an MD, He did a physical and spent time discussing my issues and concerns. He prescribed me 2 months of Chantix and made helpful suggestions. Now 6 months later I am still smoke free and so glad I made that appointment. Since I have used Zenith for other issues and met with Dr. Thompson as Dr Allred was not available and Dr. Thompson provided excellent service as well. I have not had any issues with the staff, they are friendly and courteous.

Dr Thompson is the Best Dr ever! He has a great way of explaining things so that you can understand them. I had to go the emergency room because of dizziness and I couldnt stand up without falling down, and after a VERY expensive MRI and hours waiting and doctors checking everything out, they said they didnt know what was wrong. I went to Doctor Thompson the next day because it was still happening, he diagnosis me in 10 min. and told me it was "benign positional vertigo". He explained the problem and told me it would go away in a couple of weeks. I WISH I WOULD HAVE GONE TO HIM FIRST AND SAVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

Dr. Thompson is the best. He absolutely saved my life by paying close attention to all the symptoms odds prostate cancer and not just the result of one test. Had he not revved me to a competent specialist I would probably be riddled with cancer today. He is always willing to take the time to get to know you and listen closely to what you have to say and make the patient an important part of their own treatment team. Everyone is helpful and friendly

My family and I have used Zenith as our primary care provider (family doctor) for the last few years while weve lived in Eagle Mountain. Weve had a couple different doctors while weve been there. Robin Mountford is who weve sen for the last year or so. Shes been great for our family - very good at listening and making suggestions based on our situation. Shes been great with our kids as well.

Ive been there 3 time and had a great experience. Both doctors answered all my questions and neither seemed rush. One visit the doctor pulled out several pictures from a medical book he had to show me why I had lost feeling in my face. I was very impressed with the service. The other doctor remembered who I was after a year between visits for a physical. Highly Recommend!

Horrible I called to get an appointment but was informed I need med records in hand and then doctor would read them giving him two week to read them then they would call with an appointment. Really for asthma it takes all that? I needed my meds now, not a month from now. I needed a new doctor die to I just moved here. The lady acted like I was a drug seeker.

The office was nice and quiet, it was easy to get an appointment and Dr. Mountford was excellent. She was kind and listened to my concerns. She was quick to offer a natural cure and reluctant to preform any procedure that was unnecessary. She is just the kind of Dr. that I LOVE to work with. I was very pleased with our experience.
